   The worst starbucks ever..just ordered cappuchino with caramel drizzle, arrived as a plain white coffee. Also latte with caramel drizzle. Again arrived a white coffee. Called branch who weren't apologetic abd told me get a refund on uber eats.this is 100% not how starvucks would deal with this . I am fuming. £12 for 2 coffees I could have made at home. Unnacceptable

   Eddie is only welcoming when you spend £10-15 pounds however when you use your gold advantages like extra free shots he has an issue with it. Also, for the past year he said I can only get filter tea/coffeei with my 130 points .. it was only when I showed him the picture of my app that he agreed to give me my free expresso…Then when I brought it up to the mananger in front of him .. he denied it and lied !!! Eddie is fake and a liar… I used to think he was nice till I realised that only when your spending lots of money and not utilising your gold membership…I will be taking advantage of my gold membership whether you like it or not !

   The staff were so lovely. Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the staff member who served me but they were absolutely wonderful. I was rushing and I accidentally spilt my coffee (it was completely my fault). I felt so bad for the staff that they had to clean up the mess I made but fortunately, they were very nice and understanding, telling me that it was okay (I had a horrible experience once in a different branch), they replaced my drink and even asked if I were okay before leaving. This made my day so much better, thank you for much!

   Absolutely amazing staff. I’m there every morning like clockwork, my order is very particular and almost every staff member knows exactly how to make it. I’d rather order from this branch than the one closer to my work simply because of how nice the staff there are. Particularly Eddie, Omar, and there’s a couple of others guys I just can’t remember their names. 10/10 best branch in London

   Quick service, food taste lovely. Unfortunately the toilets look like they have never been washed. Staff must never check them. Dirty sinks,mirror so dirty you can't see through it. Dirty toilet roll all over the floor. Such a simple task to , wonder if they clean anything else.

   As a usual costumer, i can confirm all the staffs are super lovely. Not only with me but with everyone. I rarely see such a good connection between costumers and staffs in Starbucks but definitely in this store there is. In addition, they always try to keep everything clean when they can and the drinks are properly made!

   I wanted to try something new and ordered a drink I never tasted before. Unfortunately I didn’t like it at all, then one of the employees noticed that I was not too happy with my choice and offered to make me a new drink FOR FREE. Even tho it was totally my fault for ordering something I didn’t like. That was such a kind gesture and totally made my day!!! The lady at the counter was also very friendly. So thank you to all staffs of this Starbucks, and an EXTRA big thank you to the employee that made me a new drink! :)

   Starbucks is always nice, more attention to the service. I paid almost 10 pounds and the spoon for my cappuccino wasn't included. I understand that Need it brought austerity, but a standard spoon instead the take away stick would be better. However, the staff provided after my request. Pay always attention to the service!
