I would like to share my experience in Costa coffee as I am a regular customer One of the customer service his name is SOULA soula is friendly and flexible worker the smile never left his mouth and very polite From the deep of my heart I would like first of all to appreciate him in this app and I wish from the head office to reward him for his talents
I bought coffee for takeaway and the barista handed it over to me using a double takeaway cup, I asked him why was it like that and he said because he couldn’t separate the cups apart. I told him if he could transfer it to a single takeaway cup because it’s awkward to hold with a double cup, and he refused and was being so rude to me and was bad mouthing me. I felt that I was personally attacked because I am asian and the next 2 customers after me, he was so pleasant and granted their requests happily. I hope he would be dismissed, he’s dragging the name of the company to the ground.
I ordered a mango bubble drink, which is my favourite Costa drink. This franchise simply dont have the right experience to make one. It was frozen and tasteless! I have to say that The place has a nice decor and design with the air conditioner, unfortunately lack of staff, bad service I have got a coffee and sweet without giving me the tray, and toilets out off service. Upstairs table was full of stuff which is making me uncomfortable. I would recommend a new management or a good store manager.

I am a coffee lover and Costa at the 254 Edgware Road is my favourite Coffee place where I am drinking my daily coffee five days a week, since 2008. The staff running a lovely atmosphere, costumer service excellent, they are trying their best. They have regular costumers which is a good sign and the staff are lovely with them. I always have the same order, and the staff when they see me coming into the place, they are making it before I ordered. They are polite and friendly. It’s a nice place to meet friends. I highly recommend.
Seating could be improved as this is the edgware road branch and is more central . I was meeting someone on a evening, unfortunately the upstairs area was supposed to be closed at 6pm so the batistas told us to leave, i had only been there for a short while, we then proceeded downstairs and found a table in a tight space. The coffee shop would benefit from more seating downstairs. I got my usual order, salted caramel frostino with no coffee or cream. Thank you.
My cortado was strong and tasty but a little too much foam this time. My husband has less foam in his so it’s a bit hit and miss. Welcome back to the lemon cake which was fresh and yummy.
