   Best independent cafe and roasters in Portobello Road. The staff is friendly and knows a lot about coffee. The cafe is cosy and calm, even when it gets busy but there is always space at the back. They also sell coffee beans which I will definitely come and get next time I am around, as well as cakes, pastries and chocolate covered beans. One of my favourite coffee shops. Totally recommended.

   Don't go in. Coffee was not bad but the toilet was in disgusting condition. Although I didnt do anything inside, a man (I am not sure that he is working there or not. He had an arrabic accent) yelled at me about the mess.

   This is probably the best coffee in London, or should I say one of the best. So good ,it's not compatible with other in any way. Italian guy behind the counter really knows what customers like. Bad point is and very frustrating one,people are sitting outside smoking weed. It is so frustrating and all that smell comes inside the shop,literally impossible to spend 5 min inside the shop. It's disgusting. You have to do something about this issue ASAP as it really puts people off coming to your shop. I heard table next to me commented the same. Thanks

   I’ve honestly never felt somewhere more peaceful in such a long time, my favourite dish has to be the pesto, tomato and mozzarella sandwiches or maybe even the smoked salmon with cream cheese, they have a whole variety of options that I look forward to trying yet I can’t seem to step away from my favourites. But I have to say again the atmosphere is everything, such a calm and welcoming place, where the staff are clearly not afraid to have a friendly chat as they don’t forget to leave you with a smile and a goodbye. I recommend going in the morning like 8am grab a coffee or even a smoothie I promise you, you’ll have the most relaxing feeling ever. I loved it and I love coffee plant x

   Really good coffee to go as well as wonderful beans at the back of the store. They stock about 20 different varieties of coffee beans; my favourite coffee beans being Malawi, Coasta Rica and Colombian. Although it is not my choice to sit in for coffee as it’s really busy and not the most inviting.

   If you want to feel an unvalued customer including being ignored or having your coffee order taken while they chat to others they're more interested in, then get your coffee here! The coffee was OK but in my opinion there are many better places on Portobello Road and nearby to buy a coffee!

   Truely a legend of a coffee establishment. A great Christmas present if you are looking for something exceptional. 500gms of Italian Coffee strength 6 or indeed one of a host of others is a real treat and such a winner. It's been ages since I was last there but this place has lost none of its star quality....
