   Asked for Frappuccino decaf 1 shot. Started drinking then after a short time deserved it was not the one l ordered. Told staff who were quite suspicious and said it was what ordered as l had drunk some. They did made a smaller new one which was perfect. Thing is l was made to feel as if l was not telling the truth So please can you explain why this happend?

   I am writing to express my disappointment with the experience I had at your Hammersmith King Street, London location earlier today. I have always enjoyed visiting Starbucks for its pleasant environment and friendly service, but my recent visit was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the toilet area was extremely poor. When I entered, I was appalled to see rubbish scattered all over the floor and an overflowing bin. Even more concerning were the numerous tissues with blood on them and a used tampon left beside the toilet. This is not only unhygienic but also poses a serious health risk to customers. Additionally, the service I received was not up to the standard I have come to expect from Starbucks. The staff were not as friendly or welcoming as usual, and orders were taken without noting customers' names. This led to a mix-up between my order and that of another gentleman, causing unnecessary confusion and delay. Overall, my experience at the Hammersmith King Street location was very disappointing. I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure better service and hygiene standards for all customers in the future.

   Absolutely Poor service, not reach Starbucks standard in my point of view . I have order a grande latte I have got coffee just a quarter to full . Quite upset !!! Asked for a new cup and look what I got from a lazy brew barista . Like it doesn’t from a big brand world coffee a lot of foam (order wet ) unpleasant service at all . Not recommended to anyone

   I’m impressed by such array of drinks combinations you can request from Starbucks. Almond milk, oat milk, semi-skimmed, shots of sugar free syrup; etc. I had a small cappuccino and it was tasty enough. The ambience was also nice to sit unhurriedly.

   Must agree with the previous reviewer, some of the staff take their time making the coffe not sure if they are new or not confident to make the coffe. Who knows... All I ordered was a hazelnut latte and when I stood waiting for my coffe, I though they said what I wanted turns out it was a different order . There was a backlog of order 2 or 3 people in front of me, and the place was not even busy.

   went again today gave me wrong beverage did not apologise did not say sorry tables not cleaned had to ask for it to be done again not done properly arrogant staff talking amongst each other and also just argumentative. Hanah doesn't seems not to understand english very well and TUBA is just plain arguementative. Poor Service everyone is rude treated badly, bordering on possible discrimination, Some one else broke their window so someone else was not happy with them either.
