   You never know what you are going to get. Just depends who is serving you. Some staff give you a good coffee n experience and others give you dishwater. Makes you want to avoid cafe nero. So stupid you cant train staff properly after all the effort to open the shop. Whats worse. Every morning different staff. Every morning different coffee.. you never know what you are going to get.

   Came in on a one off for a wet soya chai latte in my reusable -Glass- cup today, as i stood by the bar, the lady who was serving ignored my presence, continuing her conversation with her colleague, eventually looked down took my order and cup; proceeded with her conversation, slumped my flask onto the glass counter top stating she couldn’t open it without even attempting to. It had previously had water in so I’d granted she could just pour it out. Once charged my glass container was once again, gashed down onto the counter top, covered in sticky foam from the milk being gushed in with no precaution whatsoever, the lid not screwed on & the drink itself was extra hot, not to my request. As previous Barista I know how 160’ feels and it was physically impossible to hold even with its sleeve. Not only was the customer service poor, the treatment of my flask was absolutely appalling, borosilicate glass will retain shape & with stand shatter from moderate temperature changes but to deliberately pour scolding milk into a drink i didn’t request that way; but into glass that is known to shatter from sudden thermal spectrums absolutely dumbfounds me. Followed up. By the aggressive collision it made with the counter top coated in lather I’m utterly appalled. I had requested my receipt & napkins to clean the mess but was, as you can see only handed one. Globally everyone is doing their part to refrain waste & pollution; coffee shops particularly prompt paper straws & reusable cups to cut down on these factors. But when my property is miss-treated and chucked in-front of me why would i even fathom to use my own when the service is downright sloppy,I’d utterly loath returning. To think -This- is considered acceptable not only as a brand representative act but the heart of Kensington, what’s ‘thought’ to be an upperclass highly respected area I don’t anticipate having a first class coffee but these are downright simple changes that need taken into action. Customer, care, is key & quite frankly it’s down to staff who simply don’t care for it.
