   Gateford road store is the worst one stop ever. Cleanliness is appalling, staff are rude and unhelpful and smell of body odour. Yodel pick and drop often not working, parcels left insecure and they couldn’t care less. If you’re picking one up you have to rummage through them all to find yours. Used the store for various things in the past such as too good to go bags which included rotten food. If I had a choice I wouldn’t give it one star. Certainly don’t go out of choice. Avoid

   Very rude! Went to send a parcel, waited at the till for 5 minutes, for someone to shout “oi!… no parcel today, go away!” Rude again to my wife yesterday who went in for a parcel, told to “find her parcel herself” when she clearly had my 2 year old in her hands… How about you do your job, provide a good service and care for the community. We don’t have the time or patience to continue to use your store!

   Just been in to send a parcel I took about 30 seconds to find the label and the shop assistant said hurry up there are other people waiting they would have been there for 15 seconds totally rude I am a customer too so have a bit of patience and serve me in a polite manner how do you treat the elderly or people with learning disabilities disgusting get some people skills won't be using your shop ever again

   Dropped a parcel for yodel. They properly throw it on the floor after they scanned my package. Worst customer service ever meet in a One Stop shop. The guys who work there looks like they never sleep and are rude with customers. Never again in that shop.
