I went here as it just seemed convenient. 2 toasties and 2 mochas came to roughly £21. Not worth it. Toasties or mocha didn't taste great which is a shame as i usually like coffee from Nero. Also slow service. There was extra seating downstairs which is good.

The shop has just been refurbished. It’s a shame they didn’t try and keep the coffee area clean. It’s an absolute filthy mess. See picture. I watched as the girl barista didn’t clean the glass cup or the basket or the portafilter. Coffee was everywhere the glasses were filthy.. it’s disgusting g to be honest.

Caffè Nero is the best coffee chain in the UK, thanks to its focus on the quality of raw ingredients to offer an excellent product to customers. This one on Regent St. is located in a strategic spot, right in front of North Face, three minutes from the Apple Store, and one minute from Oxford Circus,a street always full of life and tourists, making it an excellent location. The staff is very kind and helpful. Inside, in addition to coffee, cappuccinos, etc., there are plenty of croissants, sandwiches, and drinks. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxed, making it a great place to meet friends or for study and work meetings. There is a restroom inside, which is very clean, but unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users. Recommended.

Something about this place keeps making me go back. Remind me of uni days, when I’d spend my time here. Most of their drinks and sandwiches are alright to me, but it’s a cozy place with a nice book collection, so that’s a plus for them. I recommend if you’re near Oxford circus!

Visited on 28th March 2023 in the evening. Perfectly fine cafe Nero. Loved the Mac & Cheese. My friend and I sat outside. Very lovely gentleman working on the door also. My only complaint and concern is that seeing as I have health issues I usually pick somewhere with a toilet and my friend researched also that this branch was open until 10pm. Just after 9pm having eaten I needed the toilet but the toilet had been closed for cleaning and I was not allowed to use it due to unsafe cleaning chemicals which I understand but it should be cleaned when customers have left and not when the shop is still open. Either that or in the evenings customers should be made aware what time the toilet closes so that they can make the decision or not to eat there. It added a bit of stress for me but the nice man on the door helped me find somewhere I could go to and in the end I went across the road. Other than that all good.

In the past about a decade ago, this used to be my favourite place to have coffee. Over the years it’s become very bad with slow inefficient customer service. The till service is so slow. The store itself is so dirty especially the bathroom. The seating areas are also messy in the basement and the ground floor. The store looks like it needs a bit of an upgrade as well as good scrubbing up

Lovely café & friendly staff, ideal spot for a post blood donation drink (the West End donation center is around the corner) but it's a tiny space, hence the 4*. Quiet if you need a break from Oxford Street. There is additional seating downstairs.
