   I was shopping in home bargains west bromwich and for no reason the lady who was attending people to pay in the register, starting to look at me so angry trying to make me feel like i was stealing something and i was just looking for my food she looked like an Indian lady Brown skin and is so racist i felt very discriminated i eas just shopping and she was accusing me with they way dhe looked at me , that lady should be out of that position.. is disgusting

   Very bad customer services, I bought some stuff from there , then I went the next day to return a Halloween outfit as it didn’t fit. The cashier refused to do it , then I told her that under home bargains I’m allowed to return items that still in their packaging. Then she asked another guy there, instead of him serving me, he started serving other customers behind me and kept me there waiting !!!! Is that how you threat customers who returns items! Like they have done a crime!!! I returned items in other superstores I never had such issue …. Staff need to be educated that’s the customer right to return items without them getting a bad customer service. So 1 star is well deserved for not respecting a customer who shopped in your store for many years.

   Lots of stuff from recognisable brands at decent prices. The only bad thing is that you never know how long something will be in stock for before they stop selling it. Other than that, you can get a lot of things cheaper here than in the usual supermarkets. Opens early so it's easy to avoid crowds later in the day.
