   I don't know why they think it is down to them to decide that repeat prescriptions are not important and are only issued when they feel like it. If my GP issues a prescription it is because it is due, it is not for your dispensers or till staff to decide otherwise! They really need new jobs as receptionists at GP surgeries, their god complex is high enough.

   Booked a flu jab well in advance with them,only to be told when I got there that they had run out of vaccines,no email or phone call to let me know,wasted a morning not happy.

   Yesterday, I had to go for my prescription after going through everything and assuring me that they were getting my medication ready , they came back and told me I can’t have those medication, like why , because this medication was prescribed at the Bassetlaw A /E. , Doctor’s name and signature was there , I had prove of attendance and everything they still refused to serve me the medication, due to the pain and frustration , I burst into tears because no one had ever looked down on me this way especially in my vulnerable state ,they refused to literally serve me the prescription after booking a taxi to there because I can barely walk. I cried my eyes out . Please don’t go there with A/E. prescription.

   They lost my prescription order once and I had to wait around 20 minutes. One day you get served quickly then another day they sit and ignore you. What I find worrying is that they text you to let you know that your prescription has arrived, but if it is out of stock they don't text and let you know. Someone could really be waiting on there prescription so surprised at this

   Slow staff you get a text to say it’s ready and it isn’t. 25 minutes later you get it. Rude staff that would rather argue with customers.

   Excellent wheelchair access. Great staff. Lovely attitude from the staff. Compared with lots of pharmacies it's rare to find an item that they haven't got in stock. Usually it's less than a 24hr wait to get the owed items. Pharmacy staff always willing to discuss with you how to take your meds etc. Lovely and clean. And you can get your shopping done then collect your prescriptions after your shop.
