   The staff is polite but they don't keep the tables clean. I asked them twice to clean a spill from my table (not mine in origin) but they never did. If one pays £5 or more for a coffee, one expects a clean environment.

   I visited the Purley Starbucks on Saturday, my god what a mistake. Two tills to order at, bot only one was manned, I was with my daughter and granddaughter. Placed my order, asked for a chai latte, but they had no chai. After that we waited between 30 and 40 minutes for our drinks, we would have waited longer if I had not asked the people behind the counter as to their whereabouts. Some one really needs to go into this banch of Starbucks to deal with the staff. They spend too much time chatting instead of serving customers. They had to keep asking what my order was and then I had to chase one of the drinks up. Also in this bench I visited the toilets, my god what a mess, no toilet paper, filthy floors and you need a code to get in them. Also you have four toilets there, why not make them two female toilets and two male toilets. I am sure most customers would not object. Also I know people are supposed to dispose of their rubbish when they have finished, but some do not p, so really a member of staff should be keeping an eye on the state of the tables, there are enough staff working there, or should I say, standing behind the counter.

   The traffic are generally nice welcoming, however the tables are never clean. Granted they have a lot of foot fall but they need to made sure that they have least 1 person monitoring tables all the time. I understand that because of the amount of costumers they may feel they have that there priorities serving everyone to make the wait times less. But serves includes clearing tables.

   I’ve been to this branch of Starbucks a couple of times recently and it’s been great. My friend is disabled, so parking is very convenient as there are Blue Badge parking spaces directly outside. Access is easy too. The staff are all friendly and you don’t feel rushed, even when it’s near closing time. One outstanding member of staff we encountered was Elaine, the manager, who is incredibly friendly, warm and kind. She was extremely considerate and helpful towards my friend, who needed to access the toilet. Elaine made sure she could navigate her way to the toilet safely and that there were no obstructions in her way. On our way out, just as the shop was closing, Elaine cheerfully called out to say goodbye, which was a lovely touch. It’s warm, friendly and helpful staff members like Elaine who contribute to a positive experience when visiting a coffee shop. Thank you Elaine. You’re an asset to Starbucks. Update: When I first encountered Elaine, I mistakenly thought she was the cleaner as she was mopping the floor. On my next visit she told me that she was actually the manager and had found my post hugely amusing. This just shows what a wonderful sense of humour Elaine has! It also shows how the manager is prepared to do any task that is required.

   Always fast service, with a clean and tidy environment. The staff are great, always welcoming with happy faces. Plenty of seating is available, making it a great spot to relax or work. Easily accessible for people of all ages, with parking spaces available wheelchair accessibility well accommodated. The availability of customer toilets is a convenient bonus. Highly recommended!

   Slow service, charged me the incorrect amount for my bacon roll and coffee (I had to correct the cashier), got the names muddled for my order and someone else's and the tables and floor were filthy. Wasn't particularly busy either so not sure what's going on in this outlet.

   Popped in with my teenager. Nice vibes, clean with staff present and a person keeping everything nice and clean. There's nice seating outside. Fairly spacious for a Starbucks. There was plenty of seating . It's not the stay in and study type of place but comfy enough that you don't feel rushed.

   This Starbucks Restrurent is awesome and their environment and hospitality was top notch. And i am satisfied with their environment and customer service. And we tried mocha and banana cake which was very tasty. I would recommend this place for hangout and coffee meeting. Their coffee is the best .

   Quite a nice Starbucks it's fairly new very spacious, it's clean plenty of seating inside and outside. A wide selection of beverages, sandwiches and cakes. It can get very busy at the weekends. The staff are pleasant enough. Plenty of parking in the retail park.
