Great customer service. They really make you feel welcome. Best costa I have found that actually knows how to make a proper coffee. I love a cortado and they know exactly how to make it. Other places I have to tell them how much milk to add!!!! I love it here and would definitely recommend

This is a branch of Costa Coffee. You would think that's enough said. But it isn't. This isn't just any Costa, nor is it just any café! It's nigh on the only café in Crouch End with outside seating, and what's more: outside seating in the sun. Even in winter. Sit there with a book, or just watch the world go by. There are plenty of seats inside, too, and toilets (though, they are in true Costa style not the cleanest). The staff are brilliant, and to date I cannot fault them. There is one problem with the place though.. I'm spending far too much time and money there!

I was excited for costas promotion, but was disappointed by the service provided from staff who couldn't explain to me how the promotion worked when I was confused. Constantly telling me to read the sign, and only telling me to read the small print after my second read which still left me confused. I'd hope when I am confused and ask about why a promotion isn't working as it is advertised, the members of staff are able to explain to me in person rather than telling me to read a misleading sign and become even more confused.

Popped into this Costa, found the staff lovely, friendly and polite. I ordered a Wiltshire ham and cheese M&S toastie and a large mocha, (it was colossal)!! I also redeemed my birthday treat, a slice of birthday cake... Soft and moist but rather filling. Plenty of seating and there was a disabled toilet too. Will definitely visit again

Me, my dad & my 12 yr old labrador went to crouch end for a coffee & cake. As I suffer with Numerous health Problems I really rely on my dog, Oscar. He is a so well-behaved & never causes any problems especially when he's out at a cafe. I do have been a sign on his lead which says that hes he's my emotional support dog as I'd have a great deal of problems getting around with out him. Going into cafes with him isn't usually a problem until yesterday when we went to Costa. It has never been a problem with bringing Oscar in especially when I explain about my health problems but this time I was quite rudely told no & that all Costa's have the same policy (which isn't true as he's allowed in the one's near me. I was then told why don't I sit outside with him??! Em coz its cold & I can't afford to get I'll again as I've only been out of hospital 2 wks! Thanks a lot Costa, try having some understanding about people's medical needs especially as my dad did explain to you
