   I visited the Starbucks at Churchill Place around 16:05 pm today during my break to grab a quick coffee. I was waiting in line in my security uniform when a man in a suit came in after me and was served first by the female barista behind the counter. She decided to ignore me completely and chose to serve him instead, clearly treating him better because of his appearance. This was clear discrimination — I felt humiliated and left the store without ordering. This behaviour is totally unacceptable, and staff need proper training on equality and treating every customer with the same respect.

   Canary Wharf, located under the Barclay Building. This Outlet is more open plan but we'll laid out,very good service .The quality of the drinks was a cut above other Starbucks i visit .What i do not understand is my go to drink is 20p less at Canary Wharf than it is on the Thanet Way Whitstable. !! How so ?

   Service quality has really gone downhill. My drink arrived with spills on the cup, forcing me to clean it up myself. Attempting to sit at the counter, I was promptly informed by staff that it was reserved for delivery only—confusing given the presence of customer seating there. Additionally, a customer left the door open, letting in freezing cold air, and staff were indifferent, leaving me to close it. Tables remain uncleaned for hours, littered with empty cups and trash.

   I order a flat white from this store twice a week on my way to work. I choose this store because of its convenient location. The quality of the coffee varies from day to day, and I am tracking it. Todays flat white review: 1/5 Not really a flat white. Just a full cup of white coffee with a small shot of thin foam added on the top.

   Whoever makes the caramel frapps Monday mornings needs a promotion! This Starbucks makes the best Frappuccino’s and food out of all the other Starbucks in east London, I don’t even bother ordering from anywhere else. Never stop being the best! Thanks again ❤️ from S.M

   Coffee is ok, service is quick, but on Friday afternoon at 3 pm this is expected. We wanted to sit down inside as they have a few comfortable looking sofas, but all the tables were dirty… coffee cups, bottles, drinks poured out etc. outside was pretty much the same. The girls are serving you quick, with a soft smile, but as soon as the order is completed they turn back to each other and continue chatting disregarding the status of the floor…

   Probably my favourite out of all the Canary Wharf Starbucks, as this branch is located inside Churchill Place, so it doesn't feel as cramped as other branches. Staff are friendly, outdoor tables by the canal, which is pleasant in the Summer.
