   I spoke to Chloe initially who was really helpful. She passed me to her colleague I can’t remember his name. At first he was extremely helpful and talked me through everything. As soon as I said I wanted to speak to my mum before making a decision over debt management plan or Iva he became extremely rude and really upset me. His response was “what do you need to think about because I’m not going to chase someone who can’t even get on top of their debts”. This resulted in me terminating the call and blocking your companies number. I just think that attitude was disgusting towards someone trying to get back on their feet. Like I say I can’t remember his name but the call started with Chloe at 6:04pm on 14/9 if anyone cares to listen to how their staff treat vulnerable customers.

   Honestly cannot fault them! The process was so quick and easy nd they took the time to explain anything I didn't understand or needed furthe clarification on. They have managed to do what I thought was not possible and made me look forward to payday and being able to just live again! I spoke to Cameron and he was honestly amazing! He was patient and clear in the explaining of terms and the process! I would definately reccomend trusting them to handle your matters!

   The first advisor that you contact with is very helpful and friendly and then they pass your call to the senior. The senior I spoke to (Chris) was friendly, but when it came down to accept the agreement I asked to take some time to think. He went from we can definitely help you to hanging up on me. That’s very rude and unprofessional. It’s because of people without the necessary skills to sympathise and understand others that ruins the company’s culture and make people afraid to seek help. I will not recommend this organisation to anyone!

   I wasn’t sure if I was going to even call, but I’m so glad I did. From the minute they answered the phone I felt at ease and comfortable. They have been so lovely about everything and understanding, I can’t fault a single person I spoke to on the phone. I’m finally getting help with my debt and I’m so great-full for everyone’s patience and kindness. I can’t rate these guys enough! Thank you!

   Having been on the phone for nearly an hour, I was told I couldn't have a loan to consolidate, but told there was "unlendable ways they could help" When I said that was pointless really, he put the phone down on me. Very rude and unprofessional. It sounded like I was talking to someone who had just left school !! Don't waste your time.

   Received a call from Christian minutes after completing the application.We went through details, then he suddenly remembered he had a call to make at 10 am and would call me back to finish. No callback. I had to ring back2 hours later and was told he was on the phone. At 5pm i still had not received a callback from him nor anyone. As of writing this post , I still have not had any callback. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a company. I do hope someone looks into this as that is not even close to being acceptable. Hugely disappointed and i still don't know whether they could help or not

   I had seen a few bad reviews, but I gave them a chance. I'm SO glad I did, whilst they weren't able to offer me a consolidation loan I have been given an alternative. Reducing my monthly payments by over £700 monthly. I can't tell you the relief I'm feeling. No pushiness, nothing was forced, zero judgement. Joe and Haydn have been fantastic - thanks so much!
