   If I could give no stars and be able to leave a review I would. Absolutely shocking the rip off in there. I took my jewellery chain and full sovereign coin 22ct in to be priced, I already knew the scrap value was £826 today and was offered £520. They would not admit the value they priced on the 22ct sovereign stating they already offer more then normal. After working it out - £240 for a full sovereign full hall marked is shocking. It's worth £481 at scrap so even more at retail. Never will use them again. 30 sec walk around the corner to the gold emporium and was greated with a smile and offered £700 very quickly and fully explained the price per item

   Came into the Longside store to sell a lot of jewellery all little bits and bobs and without complaint the ladies marcella and debs got to work on all the items they are very professional friendly and polite I would recommend anyone to come here as they are so helpful

   The staff explored every avenue they could to help me when I really needed somebody to not just fob me off like a lot of places seem to delight in doing. The two ladies that assisted me today were absolutely lovely, friendly, non-judgemental and (sadly this is something lacking as a whole these days) they actually cared. Not only that but their fee's are really really reasonable unlike most places that absolutely fleece you because they know you haven't got any other avenues of borrowing money and its obvious you need said money like, yesterday, so they charge you unholy interest rates. No this firm is a different kettle of fish and all the while also remaining diligent surrounding proof of your identity. I can't praise them enough and also can't thank them enough I was overjoyed with the whole experience.
