   They treated my disabled granddaughter who has learning disabilities. They were so friendly and patient, that she couldn’t wait to go back. Very professional team, who are polite and helpful. Brilliant dentists who make it a pleasure not a chore. Would highly recommend this practice, in fact 5 stars isn’t enough.

   The staff are so welcoming, professional and friendly. The clinic is always clean and communication is 5 stars, I'm extremely busy and if not for the team sending me reminders or giving me a courtesy call the day before I would easily have missed appointments. I would highly recommend Integrity Dental Care.

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I contacted them for an emergency appointment and expressed I wanted to be seen as urgently as possible. A cancellation came up and they offered it to me straight away in the morning the next day. The receptionists, the dentist and the dentist nurse were all absolutely wonderful, compassionate and caring. Unfortunately for me I had to have a root canal, but I'm so grateful that it was able to be sorted so quickly after having been in pain for several weeks. I am truly grateful, thank you all :)

   I’ve been with this surgery for a long time, and I’ve always found the reception team to be absolutely lovely. They made sure I felt comfortable and helped me complete all the necessary documentation before my appointment. I also really appreciated the thoughtful courtesy call reminding me of my appointment—it was such a nice touch. Keep up the good work

   I’ve been going to this dental practice for over 17 years. I’m terrified of dentists but Edwina who unfortunately recently retired was absolutely brilliant. I was nervous about going to her replacement but she’s been wonderful. She’s calm and reassuring. She doesn’t rush but makes sure you are happy and understand what she’s doing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My only concern would be with the email containing forms you had to fill in before treatment. This is a general comment and not only with this practice. Many of the questions on the form were basically trying to sell you other treatments and I do not like this. They should do that separately rather than including it on a form that’s “essential”. Other than that I cannot fault them

   This is a brilliant surgery. All the staff are very helpful and happy. The dentist, Edwina, is amazing. My husband is terrified of dentists but even he loves her. I highly recommend this place especially for the nervous.

   I simply had to write a GLOWING review to share the Wonderful personal caring service and empathetic treatment I received today at Integrity Dental Care. Dentist Edwina and her assistant Mavis couldn't have been nicer, more understanding, caring and professional. I needed urgent attention for my large front tooth which had come out last week following a very old football injury. I had attended another clinic last week and it just felt they had not prioritised what I needed but lined up a costly program of works. It felt like I was just another number and getting money from me was their priority, and they hadn't tried to prioritise the embarrassing gap in the middle of my mouth which was preventing me from being able to work. Integrity, Edwina and Team had a completely different approach, it couldn't have been more different. They totally understood my need for a temporary solution so I had confidence to return to my Sales role, and have my SMILE back for Christmas! The service I received could not have been better, and the Team, receptionist and all, embodied the surgery name 'Integrity', something that is precious and sadly too rare in this age. A BIG WELL DONE ALL, I know where I'll be going and pointing people to in future. Thanks you SO MUCH!!! I left bouyant having received service and a solution beyond what I could have imagined, and the confidence to smile again! I have a saying that in business if you look after people, the money looks after itself, people come back and word of mouth draws more people to you. Edwina and Team certainly looked after me today, and restored my faith after a bad experience elsewhere.

   This is the best dental practice I have ever been to. I am a very nervous patient and have always dreaded my visits to the dentist but not since I have found Integrity. I feel very comfortable going for my six monthly checks and have complete confidence in Louise my dentist who is very professional and explains what she is doing and why, as well as being extremely kind and patient. The whole surgery is spotless and ALL the staff are really friendly and helpful. A first class dental practice which I would unhestitatingly recommend to all.

   I have always received a friendly welcome when attending my dentists. They are calm patience and caring. They always act in a professional yet friendly manner. I originally joined the practice when I lived nearby. Even though I have moved to another area, I will never change my dentists. I am very satisfied with the care that they have given me over several years. I hope that they will continue to be a success.
