Whilst the CO-OP have been having their refurbishment my husband has been going to Morrisons Daily on Thomas Street, always plenty of stock, lovely staff & a lot cheaper than the CO-OP which we won't be using anymore even after their refurb!!
very friendly staff, what ever I asked for they helped as best they could. A very clean store and comparing other shops I visit on a regular basis, The service well outweighs the other shops. Top staff for customer service. A pleasure to shop there especially as its cheaper than the other local supermarket.
Don't get the too good to go bags. If it's anything decent the staff keep it for themselves try telling you it's not here. refused to even let me in the shop but let other customers inside. I Showed them on the app it was here so was told the bags must be at the Mexborough branch. Went to Mexborough branch and the staff told me there's no way those bags would be here it's just not possible and that I'd obviously being lied to. Not nice to treat someone desperate for food like this and after speaking to multiple other People in My area the staff said and did the same thing to them word for word. Horrible
Im disabled and recently visited this store! The staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating with me being in a wheel chair. To make it even better when I had finished my shopping the lovely last that served me helped save me some money with giving me a Morrisons card..I will 100% be shopping there again..thank you to the lovely staff the manager there should be proud
My mum often uses this shop as it’s on her doorstep, all the staff are great with her she’s quite unsteady on her feet so finds shopping difficult but likes to get out and about. its good piece of mind for me knowing all the staff will help her find the shopping she’s needs. Always had excellent service here, and lovely staff, however went to collect an eBay parcel yesterday and was asked for ID!!! never been asked for this before and sorry to say staff not at all helpful. Have been back since for Parcels and the staff have been brilliant, its a wonderful shop and the service again 1st class.
Visted mcolls last night for a few essentials. What a pleasant visit the girl in the shop (Kay I think) was very friendly and helpful . I had a little moan to her about lockdown and she was lovely she really lifted my spirits. Great staff. They all deserve a pay rise in this pandemic. They work very hard.
I had my Very order delivery to Mccolls, Thomas Street, Swinton, Rotherham. I hadnt been to this store before as I have only recently moved to the area. The shop was easy to find with great parking facilities across the front of the shop. The shop was very clean and well presented. They were two ladies working at the refrigerators who greeted me. I was then given quick and efficient service at the tills however I did leave with more than I expected but how could I resist the great range of chocolate bars at the till point. All round great experience and will definitely visit the store again.
