   I have been going since 2009 when I was paying I had teeth clean I was referred to have a tooth remove 2023.but my now problem impacted teeth leaking inflammation in my system neck pain shoulder pain this started back late 2022 bleeding gum that smell I was told it gum disease I was in A/E January 2024 with neck pain I was getting bad itching around my neck area waking up spitting blood fast forward I had teeth clean feb 8th when got j was pain it turned out I had abscess that burst blood flam I call Nhs 111 saw an emergency dentist who diagnosed me with half hour from exray I am still suffering now having to wait prescribe antibiotics by the emergency dentist .it so bad now it leak constantly pain in my shoulder,arm upper part of my back .at I feel pushing sensation a numb sensation when teeth is knocked when dentist check it radiate after while it becomes excusatigly painfully. This was not pick up so i now need to have these impacted teeth removed now waiting time up 16 weeks. My frustration is off the scale with added pain.

   I have been registered for years and can say they provide excellent care care. Their easy to get hold of never too difficult to get an appointment with. Any referrals there are quickly done. I have never had a issue.

   My daughter age 14 needed teeth extracted for braces. She was very nervous however the dentist was extremely welcoming and professional. The nurses and receptionist were also very welcoming and made the atmosphere warm and polite. Very pleased with the service that we received and would highly recommend the dentist as she came across very knowledgeable and gave great advice for after-care for my daughter.

   I don't rate places at all, but i had an absolutely disgraceful exprience, my appointment was on friday 28th of may 2021 at 4:45pm, under my mother's name , Asma haroon. Before i even sat down in the chair and before one of the dentists (with blondish white hair, Eastern European or Spanish) checked my teeth, i was told to stop eating curry or to not have curry, which i took extreme offense to, as i am asian. I have 3 witnesses to prove as well. I don't know if it was a joke or what, cause it sounded so serious and she said it with such a serious tone. The only reason i'm writing this is to inform the owner or superviser of the branch that they really need to train their workers better cause this really shouldn't be happening in the first place it was a very embarrassing and humiliating experience. It can come be classed as racial discrimination and its pathetic that some people are actually like this.

   I have been a patient since 2017 and I have always been treated with professionalism. On top of that, I find all staff to be warm and welcoming. Today I had my tooth extracted, and I was not disappointed with their service. I have actually moved address but keeping them as my dental surgery was quite a wise decision to make even if I had to travel a bit. Special thanks to the receptionist who always considers giving me a call whenever a slot comes up. Really going above and beyond her job!

   I received very poor advice from the dentist. They recommended I go to a place where they charge £85 for a consultation and £250 for a deep clean. What a cheat! Disgraceful!

   Staff very friendly and helpful. Staff open and honest and made me feel comfortable. I hate the dentist and it makes me really anxious but staff put me at ease. Also fitted me in last minute when I had emergencies. Highly recommended.
