Did my weekly shop as usual today in the Droitwich store and quite honestly I was shocked and embarrassed by comments made at the checkout from the cashier (tall Eastern European female with short dark bobbed hair) her first comment was βoh your back again doing more food shoppingβ then I was asked if the children with me are my grandchildren, which I found very rude and presumtious, I informed her the one girl is my birth daughter and the other my foster daughter to which she replied βoh thatβs good money isnβt itβ it made me feel very uncomfortable and I replied I donβt do it for the money itβs the passion of helping vulnerable children, I left the store feeling shocked and quite upset, you donβt expect to be questioned like that and have assumptions made by a stranger whilst just doing my weekly shop, as a regular customer I now feel too uncomfortable to return to the store and specifically that till if that member of staff was is working.is there. Whilst I appreciate good customer service and donβt mind general chit chat, this was very intrusive and not what I would expect to encounter.

Iβm rating this as a parent of 2 young children. Aldi have NO parent spaces, I find this shocking in this day and age. Home Bargains have 3 parent spaces but if these are taken you have to try and get an end space or park over 2 spaces as they are too small to open doors wide enough (I have a Fiesta) to get the children in and out of their car seats. If you need the car seat trolley, you have to ask for assistance as the locks are so tight they wonβt release. If you need the double seat trolley, good luck, then are always at the back of all the trolleys and no chance of getting them out. Iβve mentioned this to staff several times, every time Iβve been unable to use a double seat trolley. Other Aldi stores can manage to separate these trolleys - sort it out Droitwich. I would not recommend shopping here if you shop on your own with young children. Unlike other stores they have no customer toilets. My 4 year old was absolutely bursting for the toilet and they refused to let her use their toilet. So I had to leave my shopping, thankfully I tried Home Bargains and they were fantastic and had no issue in letting us use their toilet, this saved us from an accident. After shopping in Aldi since they opened, I will no longer shop here, the store has really gone downhill.

Bad map position, I was in an accountants carpark not aldi! ALDI is down the road next to home bargains in Roman Way Retail Park

Canβt stand going to these German shops that pretend to be British. The shopping experience is awful! They donβt even have a self serve till! Iβll stick to the uk shops.

A clean and tidy store. Busy at times but that's like most aldi stores.

Yet again I have pulled into the retail park and Aldi shopping trolleys are across the the road because no one from the store has fetched them. This is constant.

It's ok some stores better than others , the middle isle is abit jumble sale checkouts always busy and very hustle and bustle some staff seem miserable. Prefer Lidl much nicer store very clam relaxed atmosphere clean store staff are happy and always have a smile better store altogether.

A very busy out of town store with good parking. Disabled parking at the door with good level access to the store. The unfortunate colour of the floor material makes the store look dirty but the store is well stocked with low priced goods. Mostly the store has wide uncluttered aisles, but still congestion occurs making wheelchair access difficult.
