   I had appointment for my daughter, 6 (tooth infection), during lunchtime, I took her from school, waited for 45 minutes but nobody saw her. The person in front my daughter has appointment and brought the husband as well, after that a friend of the staff was taken in but not my daughter so we left and changed the dentist. Awful services! They don't care about the children.

   Best dental surgery by far!! I had an appointment at a different surgery a week before and o wasn’t happy so came to ARP/Habashi. Brilliant service, from the lovely ladies on reception to the dentist and the dental nurse. I had Yassa (dentist) and Jazz (nurse) and they were both great!! Took lots of care and patience and explained everything. Yassa was able to fill and save a tooth the previous surgery told me had to have a root canal and no other option. 10/10.

   The service was excellent, the receptionist was very kind and accommodating, explaining the information to me clearly . The dentist -Dr. Mary- is an exceptional doctor as she offered my husband and my daughter excellent on many occasions. Quality dental clinical care. She is very compassionate. She is the best and most exceptional dentist I have ever visited. Thank you

   The best practice I was.The dentist(Jane) who treat my tooth she is very friendly and she explain everything very nice.Receptionist and nurse also very nice.I would strongly recommend this practice.Thank you again Jane for saving my tooth. would strongly recommend this

   Usually this practice is ok amd has been good to me for years. I went in today for a check up and had my teeth cleaned/plaque removed. New dentist and she was great, however there was an assitant and another woman (broken english/Spanish accent) who was supervising the assistant amd had all 3 looking dowm my mouth. Midway during the clean l needed to spit out the fluid because the assistant wasn't able to vacuume out sufficiently. The "supervisor" said to swallow the fluids its only water! I said no l need to spit this out, l wasn't allowed to spit in the sink as its wrapped up for whatever reason so the dentist gave me a cup to spit into. I spat out and it was blood and plaque, the supervisor woman then says its your blood no one elses blood! Appalling behaviour for a health speacialist! Told her how can l swallow my own blood or even the gunk! She seemed very inconvenienced by the fact l needed to spit out excess fluid. Very very disgusted by this behaviour and would never expect such thing from a dentist.

   We are with Habashi dentist practice for around over 10 years. My two kids, myself and my husband. There are not better dentists around believe me. Ours doctor is ( Dr Nikitas - not sure if I spelled it right). I don’t have a experience with other doctors in the practice. He is always so very professional, reassuring for children and adults and very polite. Always explain everything in details so you know what is going on and you know all the options available to fix the problem. Despite we moved out from Abbey Wood years ago, we stayed with the practice for all these reasons. Reception ladies are amazing, whenever I ring to book appointment they are doing their best to fit me in, very professional and ALWAYS polite. You can’t expect more.
