   My experience is terrible, I called this clinic uncountable times to get my kids registered with no positive outcome, I even sent email no response, I finally went to the clinic and I was given a form to fill and send back to them which I did in September, the lady nonchalantly said I would likely get appointment in the middle of October which I said that's fine. I never got any response from them up until now, I called severally yet again, they either don't pick up or when they pick they pretend they don't hear you, even left a voice note with my phone , still no call..this clinic is very unprofessional!!!

   I recently registered with this dental surgery and was so amazed how quickly i was offered an appointment the same day as i handed in my new patient form. The receptionist and staff were very friendly and helpful, my dental examination with Dr. Ming Tan was very thorough and he explained the treatment he would provide me for going forward.    From starting my treatment to finishing I had the most pleasant experience. My hygienist Jade made me feel at ease, comfortable and relaxed during my treatment. Jade provided me with extensive knowledge on how to care for my gum health and gave me tips on how to make things easier for me around my lifestyle. It’s the first time I have been to a dentist and not felt like I was being told off! I felt cared for and informed. Jade is so welcoming and friendly and is the best hygienist I have been to in london . The team are so warm. I’m happy I have found a dentist team that truly cares about me.

   I’ve recently visited for a wisdom tooth extraction and throughout the whole process the whole team were brilliant at keeping me calm. Ming was brilliant as always, Mel at the front desk always greets you with a smile and Nicole (nurse) was very comforting throughout the procedure always making me feel at ease.    Very friendly, experienced, polite dentist and staff .the lady who works as a receptionist is so polite and nice. I changed my appointment twice she was so helpful and polite. Dr Ming Tan is so friendly and experienced. He is doing great job as well as specialist. I was so relaxed and comfy. He spends lot of time on patient to do the great jog .he never rush like another dentist. Even I was not registered there but when they see me in a pain they booked me 2 weeks after registration. You can not find better than this.
