This place is an absolute joke. Everytime I've been ( with an appointment) ive been left waiting for over an hour each time! On top of that they are just after your money. Im entitled to free NHS treatment and everytime they tell me they wont look or see me unless I pay ( always different amounts as if its just made up! ) when before they was seeing me and having check ups without having to pay to been seen. I called all week due to being in a lot of pain and a filling falling out and was due a check up so I called and they told me they can't see me unless I pay £50 just to me looked at and then pay for more for treatment unless I wait for another 3 weeks? .. but the next day my daughter was due her routine check up so I called them and then booked her in straight away the next day .. so clearly they could see me they just wanted to take my money. And when I did take her in once again we was left waiting nearly 2 hours to be seen even though we had an appointment. This place is just after your money and will trick you in every way possible to take from you! Do not go here . I have no changed my dentist!

I have a broken tooth at the front. Was told I would need to have dental hygienist appointments before working on the broken tooth. When I questioned what he had just said. He said that wasn't what he said. And refused to work with me. I'm still confused to be fair. But better to not work with someone who is dishonest. I have been with this dentist for 20+ years he also used the word incompetent I wonder if he hears this a lot. I don't agree. He took 4 x-rays and did them very well. I wouldn't use such a disrespectful word he hadn't been incompetent at all. Just wanted to get money money money. I have now booked with a new dentist and look forward to working with them on the treatment I need. I can't recommend this dentist. The young assistant and receptionist were nice kind people.

My son has been coming here since he was a toddler , the service has always been slow, but thats dentists. I recently changed dentist due to relocation . Our new dentist has just informed me that my son (now 15) has 7 adult teeth missing at present ( never been taken out) and a further 8 adult teeth missing under his current baby teeth. Ive always questioned his baby teeth when there .. how has this never been picked up on ????? We are now being referred to a specialist , as he he more than certainly will need implants at 18 once his mouth stops growing ... unbelievable.

The dentists here are very bad and inexperienced. Even little treatments are referred to a so called specialist which requires a lot of money. It's all about making money from people's pain. And when you want to make a complaint they say practice manager only comes in Thursday 4pm but also too busy. Doesn't call back as promised. Not recommended for anything. It's better to Google solutions to your dental care. The dentists if actually qualified are clueless. Just want to see as many patients in shortest time for the per hour money. Avoid at all costs for your own good.

Poor service, had a slightly loose tooth that's been like that over 4 mths, new patient here, had to pay checkup fee up front way before appointment, then the same loose tooth i had a filling done on it. A few days later whole tooth dropped out. Went there today after work to be told no appointments and one lady at reception seemed to find something funny while I was talking to her, I found that not only rude but very unprofessional indeed. Spent £75.00 for nothing, and the worry of a broken tooth that the gum might grow over and cause worse issues. They would have found me a appointment If I paid privately and not NHS treatment, I'm not prepared to pay again, and they got to next week to sort it out or I requested a full refund and find somewhere else. No wonder all health care is breaking down in uk, it's all about money and not the customer . Never ever seen any service like this.

When NHS services were unavailable (local dentist and 111 included) and I had a raging tooth abscess, north heath saw me the same day. On the day they provided me with antibiotics and painkillers, then a week later took the tooth out with no pain whatsoever, all for not much more than NHS money. I'm grateful for the speedy appointments and will return if I ever need emergency treatment

The service provided by dentist at this practice to NHS client is one of worst I have ever experienced. The dentist continously insisted me to consult hygienist for at least 3-4 session costing £80 per 30 minutes consultation. He even refused to remove dental plaques. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, especially the dentist whom I consulted.

Been for a check up today knowing I had a broken tooth at the back. All the dentist did was shave off the sharp edges then gave me a price list of private fillings which I made clear I didn’t want. I just wanted a normal Filling or for it to be removed. He kept saying that if I paid cash it would be cheaper. I was waiting over an hour for my appointment, the private customers all went first. And then when I complained I was suddenly next in line. Would get a better service in prison! Avoid at all costs.
