A wonderful dentist, they saw me at short notice when I was in pain, such a caring dentist, so gentle and explained everything she was doing at every stage, a very calming atmosphere throughout the surgery, wish I had discovered this dental surgery years ago.

I have given this dentist a 1 star as I was recently refused registration for both NHS patient and a private patient. When I asked why, I was told it would be "too much work". I have done some research and found that I was discriminated against. I will now be taking this further and filling a complaint with the Dental Complaints Service. If I am not satisfied, I will take it further. This review is to make any persons who are considering this Dentist surgery aware of what may happen to them. I'm outraged that this happened to me. I pay my taxes so what lawful reason does R Mayor have to refuse registration? I'll wait.........

Avoid mayor a dentist with a serious attitude problem, does not understand the phrase, "the customer is Always right"! He will take your money OK do shoddy work then if you utter a word of unhappiness he will shrike you off! will be reporting him to the dental council.

I got seen, had to have 2 teeth took out Iβm in absolute agony, had to be referred to galleons, it took 3 months, in agony waiting. Under nhs patient. Wait 3 months to be told weβre private we charge 500 pound. I just waited 3 months. If I want to wait longer itβs over a year, I was in agony so 3 months waiting is too long another year and half I canβt do another day. 500 pound down 2 teeth took out, and it was see you bye thereβs the door, Iβm in pain still no tablets or anything for the pain, I thought at least theyβd do is a prescription for after careβ¦ my teeth are killing md and I now feel there infected, I canβt afford to pause anymore. Why did my nhs dentist not tell me in the first place they are sending me private to pay.

My mother has a highly problematic experience with this dental practice. Firstly, the dentist was 17 min late to the appointment. How unprofessional. During and NHS check up visit which was supposed to her free of charge for her, she was offered a private cleaning treatment without explanation of costs. After the treatment she was asked to pay Β£400 towards the future deep clean treatment which she has not agreed. When she raised her eyebrow at the bill, the dentist apologized and asked her to pay Β£80 instead for the cleaning that was performed (without cost explanation or agreement) during an NHS consultation. This experience made mother feel dismayed and terrified. She is a Ukrainian refugee on a low income and still finding her feet in the UK and this was done to her by a Russian speaking dentist, thank you very much. The practice refused to reimburse us for the unsolicited service. Needless to say we are not coming back there.

Glad I left this dentist. Been with this dentist since I was a teenager, so didn't know any different. He would hardly speak to you and wasn't very welcoming whenever I went to his practice at the Nursery in Erith. The last straw was when he said I would probably need root canal treatment, but didn't do it at his practice and would have to go to Sidcup to a private dentist and it would cost Β£800. Decided to get a second oppinion and signed up with a new NHS dentist close by and found out that the tooth in question was so decayed it had to be extracted and root canal would have been pointless. Then my new dentist told me I had gum disease. If you value you teeth go to another dentist who cares and doesn't just want your money and can also carry out all procedures himself. So glad I got a second oppinion and my new dentist got me back on track with my gums and teeth. Avoid avoid avoid. He no longer has his practice at the Nursery in Erith, but didn't think it was important to let his patients know he was closing.
