   Want to share my recent dental experience. I went in feeling quite nervous, especially when I was told I needed an extraction. The dentist was very clear and to the point, explaining that the tooth needed to come out and that doing it now would save me from having to rebook. I actually appreciated this approach — he was reassuring, calm, and confident, which helped put me at ease. The procedure went smoothly, and I’m feeling great now.    Staff are professional and kind, especially Ms Jai Patel who was really patient and understanding when i brought my baby in. She really knows her craft well. She also tried to help with my future dental plans, making referrals, etc. The assistants and receptionists were excellent too. The process was smooth from start to end. They also have a toilet, modern and clean. The place was easy to locate despite being in the middle of high street.

   I am an extremely nervous patient and had not been to a dentist in many years. I selected this one because I was assured that their staff were sympathetic and helpful. I was not disappointed. I had my first check up with Jai and she really put me at easy. She explained everything and took into consideration my anxiety with respect. I was able to complete the checkup and re book for the hygienist without issue or stress. Thank you so much. I would highly recommend.

   Just to understand this review, it is for Hygienist Oormila and her nurse Janari. Isn't for the entire dental clinic. Finally, she is a hygienist who pays attention to her job. Calm, slow with attention for each tooth. Follow the hygienic steps. Regarding the previous experience, when I was washed more on my face than my thees and finished in less than 5 mins everything. From trade to trade, I appreciate when someone does the proper job. Thank you, Oormila.

   Very caring and quick service. I went in with extreme pain and made an appointment at 11pm. I was seen the following day and they fixed the problem that day. Since they’ve been wonderful at managing my oral health. Private: the fees are very reasonable and always up front so you’re never surprised. I’ve since moved from Dartford but still use this dental practice: it’s well worth the drive.

   It all looks good now thank you excellent work. Iwanted to say thank you to brook. I walked into the office. And asked particular questions regarding a crown tooth that had fell out. I asked specific questions and brook answered all my questions and was very helpful towards me. I went away and I was extremely pleased. I got the product I wanted and fixed my tooth in. I went there to thank her for doing such a good job and went there's to thank her as I saved money because of her advice and correct information.    Very happy with experience so far - staff friendly and helpful. Dentists very approachable and empathetic. Moved here as daughter had been messed around by previous dentist for 2 years - suggesting root canal treatment for a tooth they had failed to remove - Dartford Dental put her at ease and removed the tooth in under 10 minutes. Such a relief and very pleased we changed dentists.

   My 12 year old daughter recently had to attend.as a old tooth was causing her pain. And the new tooth could not come through. They made her feel so comfortable. Even though she had to have her old baby tooth removed. And had to have a injection. They made her feel safe and comfortable. She’s not scared to go back. I can’t recommend them enough. Great people.

   I have not been to the dentist in a very long time and i have to say going changed my view on going to the dentist more regularly. Firstly, I would like to say i felt very welcomed by the receptionists, Mollie and Olivia, who came across as very professional and able to answer my questions. Secondly, I would like to say that the dental nurses were highly professional in their job and not judgemental at all and guided me more on what i should be doing with my teeth.
