   My daughter went along for a dental referral apt today. We saw Jasmine (I believe) and another lovely lady whose name I didn't catch. They were both so kind and helpful and really took their time. My daughter was very comfortable with them and as soon as we left she expressed how nice they were and how she didn't feel shy around them like she does at our local dental practice. The receptionist was lovely as well. Thank you for being so great!

   Appaling receptionist. Has enough attitude to be working on a market stall and not behind a desk for a dentist. I was late 3 min for an appintment and she literally argued with me for 10 minute that I will have to reschedule. Keep in mind that they have no email comfirmation system nor a text one and when I also mentioned that I am pregnant she said she wouldn't know this, despite telling the other receptionist, when I booked the appointment, that I am exempt bc of this exact reason. This would have been my first check up so I unfortunatelly cannot rate the dentist practice and the work they do as I never got a chance to find out.

   Terrible experience by Doctor Sussie. Only after the money, no after care, accused me of lying. Very comfrontational on the phone making excuses and told me I would not be registered after registering my kids. Had to report the practice to NHS.
