   First time in to post a parcel via UPS. Apparently I needed some sort of paperwork I didn't have, but the chap at the shop could not have been more helpful, even said he'd print the document at home for me if he couldn't find a way to make it work otherwise. Absolutely brilliant, what a lovely fellow!
