   Morrisons have an offer 3 items of fruit £5 when I checked my receipt I was charged £6.20 maybe not a lot The customer service person said its a more card offer but nowhere does it state this she said all our reductions are more card offers which still is not the case as everything I bought on offer was correct without using a more card it should be made clear if things are on more card offers

   Terrible customer service from Kiosk lady Sue! I went in this morning at 7am, approached what I thought was staff member (because she was in the morrisons uniform) to ask question. However I was met with the rudest and meanest human, namely Sue. I wanted to ask about merchandise in boxes at the entrance of the door. Sue was extremely rude to me, I pointed at what I was about to ask about and she rudely said 'that doesn't open until 10am', I calmly said I wasn't asking about that her response was ' what are you asking about then'. I explained (well tried) and she said it had nothing to do with her, it would be the floor staff she's only kiosk. I am not sure if it was because it's early morning (and she didn’t want to be at work) or it's because I am black. To me it seems it was the latter case because I saw her a few minutes later and she seemed to be happy to interact with other customers at her kiosk who happened to be caucasian. Needless to say I was so upset and left the store without getting the other things I went into store for. I did go to the kiosk on my way out to make sure I read her name badge right. Please train your staff to treat people with kindness without discrimination. It would have been kinder for her to say ' I don't deal with black people' than to speak and treat me like I am nothing.

   Welcome to Morrison’s – Where the Price is a Mystery and the Service is a Surprise! Looking for professionalism? You’ll find more structure in a toddler’s crayon drawing. Confused staff, empty shelves, and a manager “on break” since 2009. It’s not a supermarket – it’s an escape room with bad lighting. Let me know if you’d like it harsher, more sarcastic, or written as a fake review or tweet 1000 items all on different prices… what a joke !

   Had breakfast at Morrisons and berry hot chocolate. The breakfast was only warm and the black pudding was hard by the time I'd eaten it it was cold and same with the chocolate drink. The lady that served me was lovely and polite

   Could write an essay about todays visit. No staff, what staff you do see look grumpy and are unhelpful. It feels dirty in store and a complete mess. I only called in for an Apple pie from the bakery but left without one after the lady on the pie counter rolled her eyes at me for asking how long they’d be when she said they were still in oven.

   Shopping can't go wrong but little cafe at the front one day a bacon butty next day no bacon left ?? Its a supermarket! Today Friday decided to go to bigger cafe chose to have baked potato and chosen fillings and once again none left apparently!! So won't be going again as I don't understand how 2 cafes in the same supermarket run out of food so early on!! Go get some frome the store simple!

   I thought Morrisons was known for its Fishmongers. I called in to the Barnsley store at 11.30 today to buy some plaice, which were on the display as whole fish, and asked the server to fillet them for me. He said if he did it “it would look a right mess” as he didn’t know how. I asked if there was someone else who could do it but he said there wasn’t. What a shame. I didn’t buy it. A lost sale! I expect there will also be a lot of day to day wastage of whole fish, as most customers don’t want the mess of doing it at home and would expect this service on a fresh fish counter. To be fair, it wasn’t the lad’s fault if he’s not trained, but it begs the question, why isn’t he? I will go straight to the market next time where they have skilled vendors.
