   Scammed. Ordered a delivery and the bag was sealed and items were missing inside. No answer when ringing store either. There's other ppl pointing out packages going missing. This store needs investigating. It's either slipshod work from the staff, or theft.

   Tills never seem to be working. Meal deals incorrectly priced at till causing delays. Only 1 member of staff serving customers even when there is a queue. Unable to pick up parcels on a number of occasions. Staff confirming parcel isn't there even though they have scanned the parcel at the store and sent an email confirming parcel ready to collect. Only use this shop occasionally but every time I have been there since it changed to Morrisons Daily, there has been a problem.

   Bought an item that had a label saying £2 it wasn't till i checked my bank the following day they charged me £3.15 ..... absolutely disgusting and the guy who was working there was in no rush to serve me,he didn't acknowledge me at all..... so rude luckily i was only passing so don't have to use that place again

   Leaving a one star review as the situation with picking up parcels from this store is a joke! Been twice in two days, despite receiving a collection code to say my parcel had been delivered, was told by staff it hasn’t been booked in! That was another way of saying she couldn’t be bothered to look for it in the pile, ,been again today to pick up only to be told be told to come back later as she was very busy with a Just Eat order , I was a customer stood in the shop ready to collect two items and I’m sent away! This store either needs more staff or staff who actually want to give good customer service! Morrisons please take note!!!!

   I have been served 3 times by Thom his customer service is perfect. I usually go to send a parcel, a few members of staff make it akward an one even tuttd at me for wanting to send a parcel, that i didnt go back for over a month, therefore credit where it is due thom is fantastic with every customer,

   Absolutely Shocking store prices are extremely high for the quality of the products. not so much of a issue if you think they never have any stock in the store. but this is all small issues compared to the fact the store seems to decide when to open and close i have been sevral times now and has been closed when suppose to be open. this becomes a massive problem when you have paid for a taxi to get medicine for a child and find its closed yet again. Sunday 23/1/2022 15.00 i visited.

   They shut before time just been to the shop at 21:50 and the shutters were down... Also they are terrible with keeping shelvs stocked. Being morrisons now i expected a little more not to mention the prices are a joke... Would of rathered McColls any day. Staff are spot on though i must admit.

   The staff are majority great, very kind and will happily chat with you whilst your being served, however since the "remodeling" and becoming a morrisons franchise, the prices have become ridiculous over five pound for two bottles of pop, cat food that was a pound before now £3.50. Shame really
