   Failed to help today, shocking way they spoke was completely unprofessional and unpleasant. When I asked for some help today, flat out refused to help even though I have a learning difficulty. I do not recommend anyone to use this establishment. Completely unacceptable behaviour by whoever was on duty today. I will not be using this establishment again. Incredibly disappointing. I would recommend brushing up on customer service skills and also remembering some customers do require some help due to impermanents, incredibly disappointing service and lack of to receive

   Went to pick up a parcel from EVRI I admit it took me 2 days to go collect but that’s because I lost my photo ID. Once I found it I went straight up to go collect. The women then started asking “is it a large or small parcel” I said large. She then started saying “do you see the size of my shop I can’t hold your large parcel” she was blaming me for not having a big enough shop for all the parcels I felt very unwelcome and a bit offended she was making it out as if it’s my fault. I thought why are they taking on parcels if the shop isn’t big enough and then blaming people when they come to get their parcels to add my parcel wasn’t even the biggest there.

   I did have an issue with my Evri parcel collection, however after speaking to the owner I understood that the issue was outside his control and I appreciated the honesty and help. I’m glad this service is offered because when the system is working it’s so convenient for easy collection / returns! Also the chat service with the store is amazing for quick replies :)

   I went today to collect an Evri parcel, as I usually collect all Evri parcels here as Evri always have excuses for not delivering parcels to my home address. I have all my photo ID saved to my iPhone which I use all the time here. But today the young shop assistant stated it has to be a PHYSICAL ID."IT WILL BE IN THE EMAIL YOU RECEIVED". I am not stupid, and I can read. My email, says photo id!!!!!!! So I have contacted my seller, and Evri regarding the total incorrect information off this assistant. I told her that I will not be coming back, so she can send parcel back. I will not be going here again!!!!!!!!!

   This is by far the most unpleasant and rude shop to visit in Keighley. I'm a young female who was started on by a much older man behind the counter, shouting and screaming at me for not packaging my amazon return parcel. When I politely pointed out that the mail from amazon explicitly states this isn't necessary he kept shouting at me to do it, screaming "it's going nowhere" otherwise. When I then asked him to please stop being rude (i.e. stood up to him), he yelled that I was being rude. What for, not immediately jumping to his orders and ignoring amazon's clear instructions? Everyone else in the shop was staring at him. Honestly I now think this is a shop probably run by a wifebeater. Not experienced so much toxic masculinity in years.

   Absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received today. I went in to collect my Evri parcels. I had 6 in total. I work full time and haven’t had chance to collect them until the weekend. I was told to come get them sooner. When I explained my situation ie I haven’t had chance yet, I got an very blunt answer of “regardless, we can’t store them that long” the oldest parcel had been there 6 days. I do not goto my local store to be spoken to like that and I WILL NOT be returning. I suggest if you can’t store the parcels, don’t offer that service.
