Came into the Store today to buy some vitamins & supplements fantastic customer service. We were struggling to find what we wanted on the rows of bottles. A staff member Becca came over asked us if we needed help finding what we needed. Obviously looks that lost lol. Couldn't have been any more helpful & took the time out to make sure I had everything needed. Makes a lovely change from customer service found in most places. Give the lady a promotion Holland & Barret finding staff like that is hard these days!
I'm only rating this shop a 1 star Purley down to the one staff that was rude and abrupt when questioning about a product, laughed at me and felt be little by this,there fore I will no longer be paying my products from there again (Discription) White,biggish built, Ginger Hair,) looks new to me ...
Loved their products absolutely the best works wonders I use biotin and hair oils to grow my hair and its working good stuff not too expensive
The management in this store (Chris) behaviour was very rude as well as the staff. The level of customer service is awful. I will never ecommend or visit this store every again. I have reviwed others comments comments and it also states that staff and management are rude. This store either should be closed down or get staff who are able to deliver excellent customer service.
I wouldnt even give this Keighley store a 1 star rating it's -0 . The management as well as staff have the worst customer service. I went to purchase some vitamins and was asking for advise from a lady called Lilia who was the most unhelpful and extremely rude person. When I was unsure about price Lilias reply was 'can't you see' I stayed quite. Then I continued to ask questions regardless of what she said then she said to me 'let me answer' then my 3 year old nephew was saying mummy mummy and Lilia had no right to tell my nephew 'shhhuuchhh be quite' no child should be told by a stranger to be quite. When I spoke to manger Chris he completely bypassed what I said and laughed. This is disgusting behaviour from any adult and I will never use this store again and will always tell family and friends never to visit this store. I have also logged a formal complaint with the headoffice and awaiting a reply back.
Really amazing service from, who I think was the manager, but I interacted with several members of staff and they all recommended products after listening to my needs with genuine care and attention. I was very very very impressed with the gentleman who I think is the managers knowledge and advice! Beat my expectations !
