Since renovation prices appear to have increased on many products. Everything rearranged with shelving much higher than before. Shop takes much longer. Had to help 3 elderly customers get stuff from shelves they could not reach. Been a customer since they opened the store, no longer a pleasant experience, think Aldi next time.
Didn't get our shopping. We went late to avoid the crowds but a lot of the shelves were empty. The staff were packing up as if it was ten minutes to finish time although there was still over an hour and a half. We abandoned it and went to Sainsbury's instead. I won't bother again.
We stopped over for some lovely breakfast/lunch, which was lovely. We enjoyed it! The staff were friendly and helpful! There had colouring activities for kids which kept my daughter busy until the food arrived and she really enjoyed her colouring! She was treated to a lovely unicorn cupcake after she finished her food!
Visited Morrison’s in meltham today, decided to use the self scanner. Assistant accused me of trying to take a bag for my shopping without paying for it. I was able to show her the transaction on the screen but did not even get so much as an apology. Shocking customer service.
Great store that's convenient for my lunch break. Can get busy with pensioners and general people in no rush so done expect a quick rush round
This is one of the best supermarkets, the staff are excellent,professional and friendly and many have worked there for years. The checkout staff always ask if you need help packing and don’t rush items through the checkout, allowing time to pack bags away calmly. Great value products with plenty of choice. Welcoming and clean supermarket.
Just been in and wanted cash back with my groceries to leave change in the car as had to use a basket and was very heavy. The Lady refused and was so miserable I came out feeling very frustrated. I felt like going back and buying an item for a few pence with the ten pound note she just gave me at her till just to make her realise how difficult she had been . Please have helpful and smiley staff . She didn’t even say hello.
Nearly £8 for two bacon on bread...can't eat it due to being so hard. Save the waiting and just hand over your cash. Disgusting.
