   This place is suitable if you do not have any other dentists to go to. They cancel appointments last minute and patients have to tolerate that. However , if you are late for 10 minutes due to issues that you can not control such as public transport, they talk about policies, no flexibility at all . This place does not have any respect for working patients, they probably believe patients are not working so they can change the appointments anytime as they wish easily without been flexible when the patients have face uncontrollable issues. No respect, and never recommend this place to anyone.

   I cannot recommend Dr Sheena Tanna highly enough! The entire process for my teeth whitening and fitting of a new crown was absolutely flawless. She took time to explain every step ensuring I was comfortable and fully informed throughout. The brilliant results of my treatment have given me a new confidence in my smile!

   I cannot recommend this dental surgery more. I am a very nervous patient and I have only ever received exceptional customer service from this practice. I visited today needing an emergency procedure, which filled me with dread, but have left feeling 100% happy and satisfied with the outcome and the process itself. From the reassuring phonecall this morning with the reception staff, to meeting a new dentist Emma (as my normal dentist Gaya was fully booked for the day) being gentle and patient, to leaving having a full and expert repair to my front tooth - I am just so very grateful for their service, care and compassion. If you want outstanding dental care, Billericay Dental Surgery is the place to go. Thank you for everything you do - especially going above and beyond for your more nervous patients.

   Staff are always very helpful and friendly. Just a checkup for me on my last visit. In the past I would have avoided this due to anxiety and being so nervous of going to dentist. I don’t have those feelings since going to Billericay Dental. My experience has always been good. Staff appear knowledgeable, professional and very caring. I always feel involved and fully consulted regarding any treatments. Different options are discussed and any questions I have answered. I would fully recommend this practice, especially for nervous or anxious individuals

   George is absolutely amazing! He makes you feel very comfortable and attentive to your needs. He created a dental plan to help maintain my teeth which I’m extremely happy with. George is always great with my little shy toddler who doesn’t mind a check up with him at all and clears out his stickers during his visits.

   Booked to have a dental implant and had worked myself up into a stressed state. George and his assistant were brilliant in reassuring me and talking me through the procedure. I didn’t feel a thing and it was all over so quickly. In fact, I’m thinking of having another implant now. Lovely dentist surgery, all the staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend them, especially for nervous patients.

   My son loved the open day, the tooth fairy (Denise) gave him his Spider-Man tooth brush, and timer and now he loves brushing his teeth literally daily there is no longer a fight to brush his teeth he loves it! I would highly recommended this dentist they have but nothing but amazing with my two boys. George is just an awesome Dentist, we loved Denise the tooth fairy. Reception staff are always helpful and book in appointments and are so friendly and easy to talk too. Thank you so much everyone at Billericay dental practise.
