   I’m so glad I discovered Toothshine Dental Practice in Grays! This is not just a dental clinic, it’s a client-first, highly skilled practice that truly cares about its patients and the local community. The reception area says it all with an array of heartfelt “thank you” cards from grateful patients, a testament to their outstanding service. Since joining in early 2024, my oral health has improved dramatically thanks to their expert guidance and care. The entire team is warm, professional, and attentive. Abs at reception is a gem - always helpful, approachable, and brings a smile with a great sense of humour! A special mention to the in-house oral surgeon Dr Hari Polina, whose reputation across Essex as one of the best is well deserved. He handled my complex wisdom tooth extraction non-surgically and with incredible speed and precision, a procedure I had been dreading turned into a surprisingly smooth experience. Toothshine combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion, making every visit stress-free and reassuring. From modern facilities to a team that goes above and beyond, this practice sets the gold standard for dental care. Highly recommended for anyone seeking exceptional dental treatment and a welcoming atmosphere. Five stars without hesitation!

   Great dentist, I moved over due to my previous dentist not being very good and im SO glad I did! As someone who is very anxious about dental work im happy to say everyone here is very lovely and understanding and always ensure I okay throughout any treatment given. They also have the best receptionist of any place ever :) Highly recommend!

   Dentists, one of my biggest fears. Always have been, until now. Toothshine have been incredible from day one. I've had some fillings and a hygienist appointment so far with more work to be done, but the nerves are becoming less and less. A friendly welcome the moment you walk in the door (with loads of thank you cards on the desk, you know they're loved and appreciated). I'm always asked how I am and how my day has been. Hasan has been doing all of my fillings/dental work. He has put me at much more ease and I already don't dread coming in for my next appointment as I know I'm in safe hands. Emily, the hygienist, who completed my first hygiene appointment today was really lovely and made the session fly in. No time wasted at all and actually got on with the job, meaning the appointment ended up being cheaper than expected due to no-time wasting, but also didn't rush you out of the door which is another little bonus compared to other practices that may purposely keep you in to get that extra bit of money. Emily explained the right way to use the toothbrush just for piece of mind, the correct sized interdental brushes and the correct angle to use them. Julie, the head nurse who always makes me laugh, friendly and down to earth, working alongside Hasan and Emily making the experience even better. Toothbrushes, interdental brushes, floss, toothpaste and other items are available to buy at the practice as well at really fair prices which is also very handy incase you don't have time to visit the shops. Toothshine have been incredible and I weirdly look forward in a way to my next appointment, just because of the amazing team they have.

If you’re dealing with a dental implant issue, or any other dental concern, and you’re looking for quality care, fair prices, and a team that truly puts patients first, Toothshine Dental Clinic is the place to go. I had several implants done abroad, and one of them had become loose, which made it difficult to eat on that side and started to affect my gums. Dr. Zohra handled the situation with such confidence and care that I felt instantly reassured. The treatment was smooth, and everything feels stable and comfortable now. Dr. Zohra Rashid greeted me personally and walked me to the treatment room—something I’ve never experienced at other clinics, where it’s usually a nurse who calls you in. That small gesture already made me feel cared for. She’s incredibly humble, yet clearly very knowledgeable, and she works with impressive speed and precision. During my visit, I also mentioned that another tooth was bothering me, and to my surprise, Dr. Zohra Rashid took the time to check that one too, right then and there. Truly amazing! I was so impressed, especially since my previous dentist would always insist I book a separate appointment for any additional concerns. The entire team at Toothshine is genuinely patient-oriented—from the receptionist who greets you with a warm smile and asks about your day, to the nurses and doctors who make sure you feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is warm and professional.

   Fantastic dental experience. I had an extremely painful tooth that my regular dentist would not extract for me. I had an emergency appointment here, same day, and had the tooth extracted and am now pain free. The staff were amazing and straight away I was put at ease. I even received a follow up call to see how I was getting on. Cannot recommend highly enough.

   I have a dentist phobia but what can i say this place is amazing, recommended by a friend i now would not go anywhere else. The staff are amazing so friendly and empathetic, from the lovely receptionist manager to the fabulous practitioners. They go out of their way to put you at ease and are very accommodating regarding appointments. Definitely recommend Cannot fault, best dentist ever

   This dental clinic is absolutely brilliant, I've been going here for a long time for hygiene appointments, checkups and also just had 3 operations to have teeth removed for my braces. The dentists are brilliant every time I go in, always having a laugh to make you feel less worried. The receptionist is also brilliant and a very friendly person who also makes you feel at ease before any operations. I'd highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone looking for any type of treatment.

   Had an extraction today with an amazing dentist and dental nurse. Such a good experience as he made me feel at ease as I was very nervous. He ensured that I was pain free and talked through the procedure. Amazing patient experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Dr Hasan Adam. Amazing reception staff as well. All in all a brilliant dental practice.
