Can't believe how quickly and painlessly the extraction process played out. This was a sizeable back tooth, the anaesthetic took only minute's to work and with very little pressure on my jaw the job was done. As I am now 71, I will definitely be going back to this dentist as the need arises.
Had a wisdom tooth out today.. thought it was going to be a nightmare, I got there for 9am I was in and out within 25mins. No messing about didn't feel a thing.. So calming, I'd never felt so relaxed at the dentist ever like today. Fantastic care from all the staff. Andy
Visited yesterday, this was my third visit in the last 10 years. When I first went there I was seen by Rakesh, he was excellent in calming my nerves, as I have a big yellow streak down my back dating back to my childhood fear of dentist and that mask that was forced on my head and the gas that gave me nightmares afterwards for days. He was very good and chatted all the way though letting me know what was happening, The next time I had 3 extractions and was so pleased to see Rakesh again. When my dentist told me he was sending me to Swanscombe I immediately asked if Rakesh was still there. He has such a way with dealing with his patients even having a tooth out is a pleasure. He is such an asset to this Surgery and his calmness and friendly approach must go down through the other staff. Such a friendly surgery and very approachable if you have a yellow streak.
Pretty impressed at how good the dentist was at extracting a tooth quickly , efficiently and painlessly. My proper dentists tried for 1 hour and 40 minutes and two of them couldn't do it. At Chopra in Swanscombe where my dentist referred me to, he managed it in a minute or two with no problems.
First time appointment at this dentist and they were very professional and understanding, always making sure the patient is comfortable and not in any pain, they did the procedure at my own comfort and time.
First extraction today and I was seen by Alex. Both him and his dental assistant were really patient, attentive and made me feel at ease during my appointment! I am a very anxious individual so I was very worried beforehand but Alex kept me informed every step of the procedure and they both listened to/answered any questions that I had! Thank you so much. High praise! The receptionist was also very polite and the surgery was spotless.
Had my tooth taken out by Rakesh today, didn't feel a thing, so quick, and he was so good at making me feel as comfortable as possible despite my nerves. I hope I never have to have another tooth out again, but if I did, I'd definitely come back here :p
I have done my wisdom tooth extraction today. My dentist was extremely helpful and professional, he reassure me all the time. I couldn't realized when did he finish the job. Painless. Highly recommended.
Extremely professional staff. Mr Chopra is a kind and extremely caring gentleman. I had my tooth extraction here and didn’t feel a thing, extra care was taken to keep me calm and comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommend!
