Dr Kandasamy and Stacy were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I went for an invisalign consultation for the first time and they reassured me and explained to me all the steps and the processes involved. They were extremely patient and helpful. I definitely recommend their services!

Dr Arunthiya was amazing during my checkup, the checkup was thorough and felt I was in good care. More importantly, I felt at ease throughout my appointment knowing I was in good hands and my concerns were being taken care of. Can’t recommend Dr Arunthiya enough!

Cranham Dental Centre is known for its welcoming atmosphere. The waiting area is clean and well-lit. The receptionists were delightful and provided excellent assistance. My dental appointment was a positive experience, and I felt at ease throughout. The dentist also offered valuable advice on maintaining good oral hygiene afterward.

I had an appointment on Friday 22.08.25, I got there a bit earlier and what I witnessed was a Man being very abusive to the receptionist Kerry. Kerry acted very professionally and stayed calm in what I could see was a very stressful situation. The man said her job was unskilled and that he payed her taxes. Well done to Kerry for staying calm you are a credit to The Cranham Dental Centre.

I want to raise a serious complaint about the receptionist I encountered today, who was by far the rudest and most self-important receptionist I have ever dealt with. Literally 5 out of 8 reviews about the receptionist here complaining about her rudeness, stroppy, doesn't listen or doesn't want hear customer, speak over customer!! I arrived with my daughter at 13:55 for her 14:00 appointment. The door was locked with a sign stating it would open at 14:00. We stepped away briefly for no more than three minutes and returned to find the door open. When we entered, the receptionist was on the phone and ignored us completely until she finished her call, which took several minutes. When she finally acknowledged us, she immediately said we were late. I explained that we had been there on time, standing right in front of her, but she had ignored us while on the phone. She then insisted—rudely—that we were three minutes late and that my daughter’s appointment had already been given away. When I asked to speak with a manager, she flatly refused, saying I could either rebook or look up the manager’s details online. I requested both a rebooking and the manager’s information, but she continued to refuse and spoke to me in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. When I pointed out that her tone was inappropriate and that she lacked basic people skills, she responded sarcastically and told me, “Well, I don’t think you’ll be coming here again.” It is completely unacceptable for a receptionist to speak to patients this way, let alone to effectively block access to NHS care for a child over a few minutes’ confusion—especially when we were in fact on time. This receptionist’s behavior was rude, hostile, and entirely unprofessional. Patients deserve respect and fair treatment, not to be spoken down to or denied access to healthcare because of a receptionist’s attitude. I request this matter be taken seriously, as no one should be treated this way when accessing NHS services.

The team are amazing from receptionists to dentists they all show a high level of professionalism throughout! They are a league above other dentists in the area and as a fellow medical professional, I feel I’m well placed to commend and vouch for the knowledge and skill I’ve witnessed as well as being a friendly, patient and accommodating team! Thanks for all the work you’ve done on myself and my son and for fitting us in as emergencies when we needed you most!

April 27,2022. Horrible reception staff, talking over the client, you want to hear only what is conformable to you. All my family are your clients, they are happy with the dentist and this is the only reason why I'm still come to you.

Been going there since about 1966. Current team are absolutely excellent. Dr B Patel is so skilful and so sensitive to the need to avoid pain as far as possible. Reception staff tremendously friendly and understanding. Obviously it can take a while for the phone to be answered at busy times, but that is how it is these days with everything - just be a patient patient. Update October 2020 - Very fast response - brilliant service - receptionist as wonderful as ever. When I emailed to say I had a loose crown (dangerous if it comes off and you breath it in), as the Duty Dentist of the day is off sick, Dr Sarwar telephoned me personally, got me in straight after lunch time, did a thorough examination including X-Ray, found I had an irreparable split root, and did the extraction himself straight away so I would not a have an uncomfortable week-end. Receptionist as brilliant as ever. Apologies to other patients awaiting assessment - blame it the difficult Covid times.

Hi, I normally do not send emails or letters unless in extreme cases such as today. I would like to praise Dr B Patel and his assistant for their treatment which was absolutely amazing. I felt very ill, in a great amount of pain and quite anxious before my emergency appointment. Dr Patel quickly worked out I felt, his empathy, care and understanding was amazing and I was instantly impressed with the way he could handle a difficult patient such as myself with ease. I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. His skill at dentistry was superb. I had a rather bad infection, swollen face, bad tooth in need of extraction and was in extreme pain. He was so gentle I hardly felt a thing and pretty much walked out of his surgery with a smile on my face feeling so much better. Dr Patel and his assistant are a credit to the profession and I wish him all the best. I would also like to thank the ladies at reception for getting my in so quickly and being so nice. I would absolutely recommend this dentist to anyone who may have reservations/phobias about visiting the dentist.
