   customer service! Especially from Rachael Perks, who has been my main point of contact throughout this process—liaising between the vendor, the vendor’s solicitors, my solicitors, and myself. I’m currently serving in the Army, so I’m constantly on the move and often very busy. Anytime I needed something, I contacted Rachael, and she always got the answers I needed. Her support made the whole process much smoother. Really appreciated!

   Called, greeted with telephone auto attendant with many options. I’m not calling a huge corporate but supposedly a small local estate agents who hopefully have staff who pick up the phone! I want a human to sell my home otherwise I’d go to Purple Bricks.

   I was shocked to see the amount of 5 star reviews this place has, I’m not sure how it been made possible but even giving this establishment a 1 star is just too kind. Extremely unprofessional behaviour, the whole experience with this company has been nothing short of diabolical. If your happy to - chase them about every detail, to never receive an email or call, to not know where you stand, to go against data protection with all your personal information - then this place is for you! They literally have no compassion or care for the buyer - only the profit in their back pocket. So just beware of that before attempting to buy!
