   Pure Dentistry is our regular Dentist and we’ve always been very happy with the kindness, consideration and expertise shown to us during our appointments. More recently, I’ve had active aligners here, and the results, initially were really good, however I had one particular tooth that I wasn’t 100% happy with when I reached the end of the aligner set. I mentioned it to Dan and he advised me of my options, one of which was to create some more aligners to ‘fine tune’ that tooth. I’ve just reached the end of the process and I’m incredibly pleased with the result. I now have a perfect smile. I’m very grateful to the team here for both my new smile and the continued professional and kind care. From Helen at Reception, Tina the Nurse, Dan the Dentist and Jo the Hygienist, all provide nothing but exceptional care. Thank you.

   I’ve always been pretty nervous about going to the dentist, mainly because of some bad experiences when I was younger. It got to the point where I avoided check-ups for years. I first went to Pure Dentistry just to get my denture repaired, but that visit gave me the confidence to finally book a proper check-up. From the start, everyone at Pure Dentistry was welcoming and understanding. The dentists were fantastic—clearly very skilled, and they took the time to explain everything in plain language so I knew exactly what was happening and why. After some much-needed remedial work, I started feeling happier about my smile again. But honestly, the person who has probably made the biggest difference is the hygienist. They’ve been instrumental in helping me look after my teeth and gums properly, and they’ve never made me feel judged for the time I’d been away. Now, I actually look forward to my appointments, which is something I never thought I’d say. If you’re anxious about seeing a dentist or you’ve been putting it off, I’d definitely recommend Pure Dentistry. They really helped me turn things around.

   What a fantastic practice, filled with excellent practitioners! All of the staff at Pure Dentistry have a brilliant manner that would put even the most nervous patient at ease. The practice is modern in it's treatment plans, and in the technology that they have available. Dr Shaffer has taken me on a journey to achieve my perfect smile with colour correction and cosmetic repair whilst working in tandem with Jo Palmer on my gum health. Having achieved part one, I'm now half way through a 12 step Active Aligner plan to straighten my smile. Mine was not a straightforward case as I have very overcrowded lower teeth, but the Active Aligner team have managed to create a bespoke plan for me, and it has been quick, painless, and really rewarding seeing quick results! Brilliant! Additionally, for being an adult patient, the Pure Dentistry team offer free checkups to my children, so Dr Kaly gave my three children (10, 8 and 2) a full checkup and had a brilliant manner with them. Cannot recommend them all more highly! from the moment you step in, all the way through. Excellent.

   I was recommended Pure Dentistry given my nerves (having only visited a dentist once in 20 years), Dan is incredible, he is gentle, articulate and emotionally intelligent; after four visits in a month to undertake the necessary work I no longer have any fears. The practice is friendly, modern and informal - my smile is now 10x better. Will now be going back for a whitening course - damn coffee :) Thanks to all at Pure - both from me and my partner (who likes my morning breath much more).

   Incredibly refreshing dental experience, I have never been to such a caring and professional dentist before. Dr Dan is amazing and filled me with confidence, discussing treatments in a straightforward and informative way. The surgery is extremely modern and well equipped and the staff friendly and eager to please. The most amazing thing was watching my crown being made in 2 hours. Can't believe that at my previous dentist it took 2 weeks! Highly recommended A* PS Loved the waiting room equipped with Concorde seats!!

   I was a nervous patient, having had a bad experience with another dentist, and everyone at Pure Dentistry put me at ease immediately. I saw Rachel, who is just a wonderful woman. She was knowledgeable, kind and had time for me - other dentists I have seen before have just been rushing. I won't go anywhere else ever again. Thanks to her recommendation of a colleague in another practice for root canal treatment (I love when people respect and honour each other's skills like that) I have received fantastic treatment within a couple of days. I feel cared for, which is a new experience at a dentist surgery...!
