   I was a very anxious patient who had not seen a dentist in years and after a very comprehensive consultation I went down the implant route and am so happy with the result - 6 new teeth have given me a confident smile and has made eating enjoyable again. I need to send special thanks to Dr Fayaaz Kassam - dentist, Cresta - dental nurse and Georgina & Suki - receptionists. Everyone at the practice are totally professional, friendly and have been so kind to me on my journey. I highly recommend Diamond Dental Care to anyone looking for a dental practice.

   Brilliant dental practice. Amazing staff! I recently had a dental implant fitted at Diamond Dental Care and couldn't be happier with results or the care I received. From the initial consultation to the final fitting the team made me feel completely at ease and held my hand (quite literally at one appointment!) every step of the way. My new implant looks and feels amazing. I highly recommend Diamond Dental Care!

   I moved over to Diamond Dental recently, having limited experience with dentists over the years, I didn't know what to expect. I booked in for a hygienist clean with Louise and was quite nervous given I haven't had a clean in YEARS (shocking, I know). Straight away, she put me at ease and was very warm and welcoming - talking through what she was doing during the treatment and why (which I found very helpful). I've already booked my next clean with Louise as now it doesn't feel like theres much to be worried about anymore! As a slight aside, the reception stuff are a great help and are happy to take the time to talk through any queries you may have!

   Lovely practice and friendly/professional staff - Hassan in particular was very good and reassuring when discussing treatment options. I loved the mock up he did for me for my composite bonding and I can’t wait for my final result. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

   I had a great experience overall. The reception team was very helpful and welcoming right from the moment I arrived. The clinic environment felt professional yet approachable, which really helped me feel at ease. The doctor was excellent — very professional and thorough in explaining all the possible issues and the solutions, offering different options so I could make an informed choice. The staff members were also friendly and supportive throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I truly appreciated the level of care and attention provided by the whole team.

   Always very pleasant and helpful reception staff. And the premises are spotless but also comfortable too Mahbub is meticulous in his hygienist processes and always tells me what he finds as he works and how I should best improve my oral health. He is very careful too to make sure I am comfortable during all the processes especially where some of my teeth and gums are a little sensitive.

   Friendly staff, nice and warm place. Staff are more welcoming and hygienist helped me understand my journey. For her I was not just a client but I was more a person needing assistance. It’s good to treat people as human beings which the staff there did for me. Great job guys.
