   As a recent graduate of Greater Manchester university where Business Bolton is recommended as one of the companies for graduates to contact, I naively called them expecting warm, understanding, professional and informative conversation. Unfortunately that did not happen. From the first "Hello" that sounded like I called someone's personal phone and bothering them, I immediately felt that something is not right. The guy on the phone sounded that he was running in the gym and after explaining him that I recently graduated and have my own business and need some help in advising, he said that to start your own business from the ground up is better. As if i started it from the sky down. He couldn't explain to me what kind of support they can give just repeating "there is loads of advice that can be given innit". After that I thanked him and ended the call. When i call in local takeaway shop i get more professionalism than from this Business "support" company. I will be writing to Greater Manchester University as well to strongly consider if they worth staying under their university name. Simply shocking.
