   Our experience here was truly awful. My daughter went in to have the braces Moonz had put removed, but the appliance had been glued on so badly that the removal turned into an extremely long and painful ordeal. During the process, they actually pulled out three of her teeth by mistake and without any anaesthesia. They apologised afterward, but the damage was done — the experience was so traumatic she refused to go back. We were never offered a refund or any form of compensation, they ignored us. A friend of ours had a similar experience, and she only received a partial refund after threatening legal action. This says a lot about how issues are handled. The staff did not seem properly qualified, and the techniques used were questionable at best. Overall, a terrible and unsafe experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this practice.

   Very poor experience with our child, no proper follow-up by initial professional, change of treatment causing massive increase in cost vs initial estimate, we have probably been overcharged by a few thousand pounds, avoid !

   It kind of started well (although I wish they wouldn't give kids so much stuff - stickers, book, etc which are just more mess for home that we pay for), but they were so bad at following up with the treatment. They hardly pick up the phone, and are unable to be on time, even when you book the first appointment of the day, or a later one and the clinic is quiet. They are totally disorganised and I feel we paid for all the advertising they give you, not for a good service.
