   An excellent service from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door at the showroom wright up until the moment they left on completion the service was outstanding. A new shower cubicle and flooring was supplied for my elderly in-laws. There was no pressure or rush of their decision, loads of advice and information was supplied. Several visits from the sales team , firstly to look at what the job entailed and get details of what was required to help get the correct fitting, then again on the day they started the work to ensure all was ok and there had been no underlying issues found and finally on the day of completion to ensure everyone was happy with the finish. The chaps that fitted everything were very professional, polite and respectful of everything, if you didn’t know the bathroom was under renovation you wouldn’t know they were in the house. There was no pressure or rush put on my elderly in-laws for a decision, they were happy to go at their pace, if an idea was put forward that didn’t fit or work in the space the sales team looked for other ways that they could possibly accomplish the idea using other options. Nothing was to much trouble. I’ve had dealings with houseproud for many years and as always an excellent service was provided from sales to fitting. Thank you for all your excellent work. A professional company from the sales team to the fitters. I would highly recommend, my in-laws would highly recommend

   The shower was fitted beautiful, no complains. The actual design of this type of shower (water deflect)isn't 100%, as water can travel down the hinge, if not positioned correctly but a small square of old towel on the floor catches the water involved. The overall service by Houseproud was 100%. Thank you all.

   We have used HOUSEPROUD both at our own home and most recently for a complete new bathroom at my dad‘s. On each occasion we have found the standard of work excellent. The fitters have been very polite, clean and tidy, considerate and most importantly done a superb job. The finished bathroom in my dad‘s looked absolutely amazing. Probably though what makes HOUSEPROUD stand out is the quality of customer care you get all the way through from walking into the showroom to the end product. Oliver Bacon looked after us and we would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him, and HOUSEPROUD, to anybody. The care and consideration he showed my 91-year-old dad was amazing. He was patient beyond belief in helping him choose exactly the right products to make his bathroom as accessible as possible for him. Similarly, the workman went out of their way to make sure that his handrails etc were fitted in the perfect spot for him and again they were very patient in getting it just right. Dad now has an easily accessed bathroom which is also modern and looks amazing. The price was very reasonable and competitive. 100% recommend HOUSEPROUD and Oliver Bacon, without reservation.

   Great service for our bathroom fitting. Everything was delivered for Karl to fit as he needed it and all rubble and rubbish taken away so very little mess left around during the fit. Great advice from Oliver about what to have and the layout and the bathroom looks great! We also had kitchen fitted a couple of years ago and after that great experience that’s why we went back to Houseproud for the bathroom.

   Cannot recommend Ollie and the Houseproud team enough for the design and supply of our new kitchen, after a initial site visit Ollie went away and designed our kitchen to our exact requirements with many additional features that exceed our expectations. Delivery was much quicker than expected, and the fantastic Houseproud delivery driver unloaded & unpacked all items and took everything to our requested location. Overall extremely happy, so much so we have ordered our new utility from Houseproud.

The job was designed jointly between ourselves and Oliver at Houseproud and we have ended up with a room that we are very proud of. The work was done to an excellent standard and I have no reservations in recommending the company as a whole and the fitters who actually did the work.

This is the 2nd bathroom I have had designed and fitted by Houseproud, the quality of installation is first class . Kevin who installed our bathroom is very professional and a true craftsman.
