   Not happy this Estate company. Unprofessional, man, name Anil. Very bad experience. He always over promise and under deliver. Very hard to talk to him , always interrupts when speaking , rude , always pass me to someone else even when he say he will help. Never want to help. Go look for a different company. This one not worth time. Wish I could give 0 but can’t.

   I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agent. The lady who answered the phone when I called with my queries was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a lack of basic manners. Based on this experience, I don’t feel comfortable dealing with this company. It’s important for businesses to treat people respectfully, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

   I have to say, I’ve been working with Urban City for over seven years never had any issues. They currently manage my portfolio of 23 properties. My rent is always paid on time. Property inspections are done regularly. Never once have I had any problems with them and I highly recommend them to all landlords investors, developers et cetera Keep up the good work, ignore the negativity guys

   I cannot begin to explain the unprofessionalism of this company, 1 star is more than generous but 0 isn’t an option. If i could advise you of anything, run in the opposite direction of this place. We had a 6 month tenancy with them, by 5 months we left because of the experience. We spent the entire 5 months going back and forth about bins. At first, because none were supplied, then we were told to get them ourselves, then they changed their mind. Once we finally got these bins they failed to arrange collection of the bins so in the 5 months we lived there they were collected maybe a handful of times, i’d say imagine the state but i’ve attached pictures so you don’t have to. There was an infestation of flies and god knows what else for MONTHS and not a single thing was done about it. In fact they said they were going to charge us for not putting rubbish in bins despite the bins having been full for months by this point as well as around them. The company communicate via text which I don’t see a problem with, but if you’re going to do this at least make sure they are professional messages and that the agents writing them can at least spell. What was a lovely property was ruined by the abysmal management this agents had over it, if the agent had a brain he’d find someone else to let his property.

   BE CAREFUL GUYS ,they'll try everything to keep your deposit ,they will try to charge you for little thing ,always go to the small country court or deposit service ,they'll give your deposit back , keep all the prove ,don't through anything even its broken ask them to take it or give written instruction keep them as a prove ,don't let them keep a single penny from your hard earn deposit money ,because that's your money .

   We rented a property from them after reading all them 5* fake reviews because they review themselves ,the most worst property management company i hv ever came across ,they'll never resolve your issue , clearly they don't care about there tenent ,also charge me £50 for the filthy fridge ,but we decided not to pay a single penny ,went to deposit resulation service and they paid all the money back , manager Anil is a scumbag .be careful guys
