They support unscrupulous landlords who don’t look after their tenants or property. Don’t take responsibility for issues that impact on neighbours who then have to resolve them. Allow landlords to hike up rent to an unreasonable level resulting in the abusive eviction of a young family.

Paul Estates have managed my property for a number of years. The service offered has always been of a high standard and professional. Communication has been very good and he has supported me with tenants who disregarded the tennancy agreement and decided to do 'their own thing' in terms of decorating and making changes to my property. His legal team are supporting me with recouping money spent on returning my house to its former state.
3 year tenancy, no repairs carried out when asked. Poor admin. House had a dreadful garden on our arrival and Paul’s Estates tried to bill us £5000 to “put it right” on our departure. Asking for us to renovate someone else’s home at our expense to a better state then we received it in. Always take the side of rip of landlords and no care for tenants. Very poor and such a shame. Avoid.
If only they was more then 5 star because they did deserve more. Very helpful since day one, nothing to worry with them, they been always available even after office time. As tenants I would highly recommend Paul Estates, Very Professional and all the help you need to rent a home and even more.

The previous review I believe is inaccurate, as the landlord I was happy to have new tenants but they changed their mind a few days prior to moving in, having paid a fee to secure and hold the property. Paul Estates have always provided an excellent service in comparison to the last letting agent I used, who I had to chase every month for my rent. The rent is paid direct into my account the same or next day it is due by the tenant. They complete thorough checks of all tenants and ensure their paperwork is correct prior to moving in. As a landlord I would rather wait those extra few days for a good tenant than have the first person available. Any issues with the property are dealt with immediately and I have recommended Paul Estates to a few other people who now successfully rent their properties through them. I believe they are the most honest estate agents in the area and I have used a few with nothing but problems! Thank you Paul Estates
You guys took £300 deposit from my grandad without giving him a receipt or giving him confirmation that the money was put in a deposit scheme. You refused to return his money because clearly the money wasnt a deposit since it was not put into the deposit scheme. This is illegal practice and we are going to report this to the police and solicitors unless you give him his money back because you have essentially stole it. Can you please contact him to resolve the matter.
