   Hi! Moving in hasn’t been this easy and enjoyable without the help of these awesome staffs of Legal Properties Inc., Paul and Kim! Paul from the start is really hands on from the start of inquiry, to numerous text messages I have been doing (probably texting him more than my boss at work), and up to the signing of the contract. He has been amazing! Cheers mate! Kim, took care of the tedious compilation of all the documents we needed to submit, and kept us updated as to where we were on the process. She has been really approachable through calls and emails as well. Thank you guys! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   Me and my husband rent two different houses with Legal Property Services. We've worked with them for many years and never had any issues. Paul was always very supportive . Also, they were always quick to respond to any house issues. A very reliable company.

   The reviews about this place that are negative is not something I got. I got a very well communicative estate agency. The service deserves a 5 star and I'm very happy how they handled my application for a flat with them. I'm very appreciative. My advise is to ignore the negative review and not judge a book by its cover. It's a 5 star from me

   Absolute scammer, AVOID!!! travelled 2 hours to view a house, it was nothing compared to what they advertised, and way way dirty, the said the walls would be painted but this was not in the advert, the house stinks, smells of cigarettes…save your money and time..

   at the end of the tenancy, they won't give your deposit back and the guy called kevin will THREATEN you to take you to court and become aggressive/bullying towards you. Also they will increase your rent after 1 years to whatever they want. BEWARE!

   Worst letting agency I've ever dealt with. Reported an issue with a door in the property multiple times, kept getting told that "someone would be in touch this week". When I eventually got sick of them fobbing me off and asked them for a definite date for a repair, they told me that because I was calling on behalf of my partner (who has autism and can't do phone calls) and that I'm not the registered tenant, they don't actually have to talk to me about doing any repairs. Avoid at all costs, these are the rudest, most unprofessional letting agents you'll ever have the displeasure of dealing with.

   My kids loved it here. Animals are kept well and seem content. The lay out is great and easy to follow. Map supplied on admission. Dino land was good. Plenty of w/c and cafe areas. The play are is brilliant, the bouncy castle/trampoline thing was alot of fun. Parking is free. We used a wowcher deal and as a family of 5 hot in for £40 which was great. Full price admission would have been £70 which I thought a bit steep. We would go again

   Would like to thank louis/lewis from the legal property team (apologies if iv spelt the name incorrect). Arrived to the property promptly, for the inspection on the last day of the tenancy on a Saturday morning. Very friendly and helpful! It can be quite grueling having an inspection completed however we were put at ease and Lewis explained the steps by steps of the inspection process clearly, excellent communication skills. Generally our time with legal property's has been good. Kim and Paul dealt with our application fairly quickly. Kim has always been prompt with replying back to emails and dealing with enquiries. They also worked hard to ensure that some of the issues within the property were sorted before our move in date, through communicating with the landlord.

   This letting agents actively markets a Property from a land lord named Sathi Singh and i stayed at one of his property at Grange Road. What a nightmare it was. If you want some peace of mind at your new rented home, stay away from that property. if you are already in any of his property you will get a taste of it sooner or later. Having said that, I have no complaints against the agent but I suggest/wish that they take more responsibility in explaining their clients(tenants) the tricky things that is in the contract which are bit unusual. Stay away ....Stay peacefully.
