   I would recommend Radclyffe house to anyone looking for an office. Nice modern offices and a very convenient location. Landlord James is one of the nicest, kindest individuals I have that the pleasure of meeting. Amazing person who went above and beyond to help me.

   I recommend this business centre 100% to anyone looking for office spaces, as there are a variety of sizes to choose from, whether small or large. The layout of the building makes it easy to move around and the reception area is always clean and tidy, with the option of using hand sanitiser upon entrance. For those complaining about bathrooms should go and visit the other business centres around the area, which have 'modern' bathrooms. Recently, I joined a business centre in the same area, which offers a modern style bathroom but I had a difficult time trying to wash my hands, as the bowl style sinks had taps right towards the back of the bowl, so the water was not flowing in the middle of the sink but at the back. Also, the sinks flood from a few seconds of use and for this reason, there was water everywhere and the place was very unclean. I never had an issue like this at Radclyffe House. At least, the sinks are usable in this building and the bathrooms are also cleaned regularly throughout the day. The landlord James, is also a very respectable man, who is very approachable and polite. Any issues or concerns are resolved immediately and he is always willing to help with anything that you may need or even if you just want to have a general friendly chat. To add to all of this, no other business centre offers the parking space that this building does, which makes Radclyffe House stand out from all the rest. Definitely recommend!
