   Terrible experience. Had a property viewing scheduled in for 3pm, I arrived 15 minutes early. Ten past 3, no sign of an estate agent anywhere so I called to be told they were on their way. 3:30pm comes and still no sign, no update and no apology so I had left to go to another viewing of a beautiful property let by a competitor (which we are now renting.) I then had a follow up call from Oulsnam asking what I thought of the property.. I got stood up by the estate agent so couldn’t have told you. It was incredibly disappointing to have had to chase where the estate agent was to begin with but to also not have recieved an apology was another kick in the teeth.

   Have used Oulsnam Lettings previously to help find tenants for our rental properties. They were always professional and offered a really thorough service. We have recently used Oulsnam Lettings to find new tenants for a property we had previous tenants in for 8 years, so it was great to go back to find they still remain professional and thorough. Our property was let pretty quickly and we are very happy with the whole process. We would happily recommend Oulsnam Lettings and will use them again.
