   Outstanding Service from Start to Finish – Again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Over five years ago, we had our main bathroom designed, supplied, and fitted by Bathroom and Kitchen Warehouse, and we were absolutely delighted with the results. So when it came time to renovate our kitchen and downstairs loo in July this year, there was no hesitation about where to go – it was an easy decision to return. From the moment we walked in, the experience was once again exceptional. Dan was incredibly knowledgeable and offered invaluable advice throughout the kitchen planning process. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured, which made what could have been a stressful task feel smooth and enjoyable. The quality of the kitchen itself is outstanding – truly second to none. Nigel was just as brilliant when it came to helping us with our downstairs toilet. He was patient, attentive, and offered helpful suggestions based on our ideas, ensuring everything came together perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that consistently delivers such high standards of customer care, expertise, and workmanship.    Danny and his team replaced our main bathroom and en-suite bathroom and we are absolutely delighted with the results. From having the team come out to measure up to the store visit to choose the fittings and then the final installation we had an excellent experience. The products are all of high quality and the finish is fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We were so impressed with the quality of the workmanship that we asked them to also replace our downstairs toilet room and again have been left with a beautiful modern room which they helped us design to get the maximum storage out of the space. We have had excellent aftercare service as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a new kitchen or bathroom.

   Seriously 5 stars is not enough stars for this company. They turned an old room into a magnificent ensuite, and my gosh do these lads graft. They work their absolute backsides off from start to finish, they leave no mess around your house and communicate with you regularly sharing genuine knowledge and advice that has saved me so much money. To say this firm is value for money seems disingenuous. The finish and attention to detail they put in is second to none, this company isn't a bunch of subcontractors that you normally can get lumbered with; these people are the absolute cream of the crop. I cannot recommend them enough, they are passionate, honest and the most hardworking people I've had in my house. (myself included) The team leader Dave was an absolute gem of a man, and a man of principle; he really is an absolute asset to that business. He lives, breathes and really applies himself, like every bathroom is his first. Thanks to all the team, Dan, James, Paul. They had my bathroom done in a week minimal fuss, maximum effort. It was an absolute pleasure having them around, and remember ladies and gentlemen, always, always offer them drinks and snacks, its called courtesy and decency. This company is so underrated, they have a bit of a long wait time; not ideal if you want something quick, but my goodness, they are absolutley worth the wait.

   Top class kitchen and bathroom fixtures, first class craftsmen, they clear all the waste away each day, there wasn't even one thing in my rubbish bin. I love their work ethic, they get the job done with no fuss and we were consulted regularly throughout the whole process. Not a budget place, but you get what you pay for. Solid units, reputable appliances and brilliant workmanship.
