He is a rare breed, an honest estate agent. His team support his ethos too and it was always a pleasure to contact Kayleigh. She is so pleasant and helpful. She's also brilliant at showing around potential buyers. If no-one is available they always return calls and always respond to emails. Although they don't always tell you when there's a viewing, that's just the system they use, they do keep you posted with feedback after the property has been viewed.
