As a landlord, this agency are really good. Low fees and maintain the property well. Get repairs done quick and communication is good.
Worst letting agents ever. I am a current tenant. I've been served with 2 section 21's both have been invalid! They tried to put my rent up from £635 to £800 a month. Which again is not allowed. Try to ring to speak to manager and get fobbed off. They never want to fix problems with the houses. If you are a homeowner or wanting to be a tenant I would avoid this place. I can understand how frustrated my landlord must be with the letting agents constant mistakes. They are paid to do a job they can not do. Don't even know simple housing laws, rights of tenants or there landlords!! Save your self alot of problems and go else where
AVOID! They do not maintain their properties then when you move to alternative accommodation refuse to release your deposit. Thank god for the deposit protection service.
I was with Direct Property for over 7 years. I have to praise Kad and his team for they are truly professional and outstanding in all they do.
