   Hi there Would certainly recommend Wren as long as you don't mind if it takes weeks to get you kitchen and have somewhere else to stay. I have been to my local Wren showroom. A plan was designed and agreed. Been told if i pay and get it contracted a delivery date can be guaranteed for week commencing 05.01.26. Went ahead and contracted. Was also told there is cancellation list i could be put on and might have the delivery earlier. A surveyor visit was planned to take measurements after taking a chimney out. Was initially booked for Friday afternoon but was advised to make it Saturday to make things easier which I agreed on. On the Friday before the visit I receive a phone call from deliveries to be told they can not keep the delivery date on week commencing the 5th as I should have measurements in hand! I was also told it is unlikely to get the delivery any earlier as there are no cancellations. Essentially I followed all the instructions to only have my delivery date almost a month later which clashes with a pre booked holiday meaning the delay of installation will be for a total of six weeks. In the mean time I know that competitors deliver within 48 hours of contracting. But obviously I am now contracted and can not have refund. A sad story with Wren !!

   Fantastic experience from start to finish! We’re absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Wren Kitchens. From the initial design stage to final installation, the whole process was smooth and professional. Craig, our designer, was brilliant – great communication throughout, really listened to what we wanted, and offered helpful ideas without ever being pushy. The fitting company, MH Kitchens & Joinery Ltd, were outstanding. Their workmanship and attention to detail were second to none, and everything was completed seamlessly and on time. You can really tell they take pride in their work. Delivery was on schedule, and the team was friendly and helpful. We did have one small damaged item, but it was replaced promptly with no delays to the installation – excellent customer service all round. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend both Wren Kitchens and MH Kitchens & Joinery Ltd to anyone looking for a high-quality, well-managed kitchen project.

   We’ve had such a positive experience with Wren Kitchens and JL Kitchens & Joinery Ltd. From the first design appointment to the final fitting, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Craig, our designer, really stood out — he took the time to understand what we wanted, gave great advice, and made the whole design process simple and enjoyable. There was never any pressure, just genuine support to get the kitchen right for us. The team from JL Kitchens & Joinery Ltd were fantastic. Their craftsmanship is excellent, every detail was spot on, and they worked neatly and efficiently. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do. Delivery went smoothly, and although one item was damaged, it was replaced straight away without causing any delays — a real credit to Wren’s customer service. We’re absolutely delighted with how the kitchen has turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wren Kitchens and JL Kitchens & Joinery Ltd to anyone looking for a quality kitchen and a smooth, stress-free experience

   We got a great customer experience with Tom Stanley who was our Wren kitchen designer. He was very professional and gave us great suggestions, and then was extremely patient when we changed our mind on numerous occasions and had three separate consultations with him! Even though it was only a small kitchen (and utility), we were made to feel the most important customers in the world and Tom kept the cups of tea flowing during our hours of deliberations. Our beautiful kitchen is now installed and we are very happy with it. Excellent service and definitely recommend Tom as your designer.

   Wren has supplied me with handless 18mm thick kitchen. The J on these handless doors is not deep enough to open doors and drawers easily specially tall fridge, freezer and dishwasher and even the assembled in drawers. They are utterly harmful and I have daily pain. I have complained several times to replace my kitchen frontals and they say to me this is not covered by warranty and you have to purchase new frontals. Also, I have purchased quality quartz worktop, fitted not level and after each wash I have to dry the worktop from water. Apart from the issue I had from the survey. I have paid £17000 for useless kitchen and rather than help me they want me to purchase new items to sort the issue.

   Absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Our designer George Everley took our ideas, buffed them with his professional expertise and gave us the time we needed to design our perfect kitchen for us. George was completely welcoming, responsive and accessible at all times during the process. Supported by a great team, who clearly enjoy working together, under the leadership of David Fedrick, Showroom General Manager, who was also welcoming, helpful and utterly professional throughout the whole process. Even when I realised a late miscalculation, their colleagues adapted the plan with no fuss whatsoever. The opportunity to spread the cost with interest free credit was amazing, and actually allowed us to really get the kitchen we wanted, which we would not have been able to do without this. The carcass arriving semi-formed also significant reduced installation time! The after-sales team at Wren were also fantastic and quickly and painlessly resolved any issues. We would not hesitate to recommend George, David and the whole team at Wren for anyone looking for a hight quality, affordable kitchen in the area.
