   I recently had the pleasure of working with Shipways in Hagley and couldn’t be more impressed with their service. From the very first contact, the team was efficient and accommodating. I requested a viewing, and they quickly arranged it to suit my availability. Charlotte conducted the viewing and was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the property. She took the time to go through all areas in detail and, despite an issue with the garden key not being left, made every effort to grant us access. Her dedication and commitment to ensuring I had a full experience of the property were greatly appreciated. After falling in love with the house, I worked with Keri to negotiate a deal. She was always open and honest, ensuring the vendor’s best interests were met while also addressing my concerns and working towards a fair resolution. Although my final offer was slightly more than I had initially hoped to pay, I felt confident that Keri had handled the process with transparency and professionalism. Following the acceptance of my offer, Keri introduced me to Barry, their mortgage broker, for a free consultation. Barry went above and beyond to find ways to save me money, even managing to secure a solution where I could borrow more for renovations while still paying less than what my bank had quoted. He has also been incredibly helpful in advising me on life insurance, house insurance, and general financial planning, with no pressure or obligation—just genuine advice focused on what’s best for my family. The entire team at Shipways Hagley has been fantastic. They have responded to calls and queries promptly, always getting back to me the same day, and have kept on top of the process to ensure a smooth transaction. Their professionalism, knowledge, and customer-focused approach have made this experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
